Dr Anwar has been our family dentist for almost a decade now and we have always been very impressed with him and his whole team. The front desk is very kind and helpful. Great conversationalists! The hygienists and nurses are all so fantastic. You can tell they really care about what they are doing.Dr Anwar is very empathic and overall outstanding, always explains whats going on and makes us feel comfortable and in control. After a bad experience from another dental office in 2015, Dr. Anwar was able to save my front tooth from complete extraction. I won't trust any dentist but Dr. Anwar.Everything from the friendly receptionists to skillful hygienists ensure a positive experience every time.

Everyone here at the Calgary location is nice from the reception to the dentist. Sydney is awesome, I will recommend her for your teeth cleaning!Dr Joshua is incredible. I have a big anxiety every time I have to come to the dentist; Thank you all for making us confortable (my husband, my children)I really appreciate the way everything is clean and tidy.

They have this one hygienist who is total waste of time, tried her twice and the worst cleaning ever, ended up with pain in my teeth after. I booked cleaning for my dad in Feb for April and called in couple of days ago to confirm who is the hygienist and I was told it was her again, so I rebooked for earliest available May 27 specifically mentioning I would go with any hygienist but not her. On May 27th I picked up my dad went there in the morning and to my surprise I was still assigned the same hygienist. This is brutal, they wasted 4 months of mine and now my dad has to wait another 2 months to see a hygienist for cleaning. The girl in front told me there were no notes on file for preference of hygienists. ??? First you hire an incompetent hygienist and then you force everyone to get cleaning done by her. Totally unacceptable!

Its a cleaning at the dentist, so it can't be that enjoyable. And I haven't been to the dentist in over 6 years. So the cleaning was as enjoyable as it could possibly be. And my dentist was friendly, easy going and made it as relaxing as possible.

Excellent service. Great dentists here. Had some complicated procedures done and they did it well, professionally and correctly. I can't rate them high enough. Dr Anwar and his staff are exceptional.

I visited this place in June of 2021 after seeing the amount of good reviews. I must say the front desk staff are nice. The reason for the visit was to get my tooth filled cause of a small cavity/hole that was causing the food get stuck there and also sensitivity issues. When I visited I was told that I need to do a root canal first so that the problem is taken good care of and we don't have to worry about any later on problems etc. I agreed as I truly believed they are the experts and will do the job better. My root canal was done by Dr. Palmer and the permanent filling later on was done by Dr. Joshua. After the filling was done , my tooth felt very weird. I had this dull pain and sensitivity when my tongue would touch it or my upper teeth would touch my lower. I don't know what caused the problem whether it was the root canal that damaged something or the filling caused it. I had to book again to see Dr. Joshua , he said it could be uneven bite so he tried to fix it. Nothing changed ...The pain and the sensitivity stayed and I had to travel to take care of a family Emergency. I came back after a month or so and booked again. Dr. Joshua suggested that we remove the filling and refill it again maybe that way we fix the problem. I agreed and went through this headache and trouble of doing it all over again ,but unfortunately nothing changed. Nothing changed and sadly it added more to my problems. I found myself with even worse uneven bite after that and when I wake up in the morning I find my teeth and jaws extremely tired from the uneven bite or whatever it is. My teeth never felt normal again still sensitive and dull aches. I did receive a call from Dr. Joshua after the last treatment where I did mention my concern and he suggested I give it time to heal. I must say as a person Dr. Joshua is the nicest person and I felt very comfortable with him. It is just that I am really disappointed with the treatment I received for my tooth. Especially after many visits and troubles I went through. It took me long time to write a review I know because of my busy busy life. Now I have the same problem where I started in the first place meaning the small gap where food gets stuck and the dull pain and sensitivity is always there anyway. I just wanted to get my tooth fixed ,but I ended up with so much bigger issues. Now I don't have dental plan and can't afford to fix it.Sad :(
