Toitures Boyer - Entrepreneur et Déneigement

L'équipe est arrivé à l'heure dite et à aussitôt commencé le travail. Ils ont fait preuve de professionnalisme et ont accomplie le travail proprement et avec efficacité, ils m'ont même suggéré une modification concernait mon unité de toit qui permettra une meilleure écoulement de l'eau ainsi qu'une plus grande stabilité.J'ai aussi apprécié la franchise et le franc parlé du responsable de l'estimé qui a bien expliqué et les produits utilisés ainsi que les garanties s'y rattachant.Beau travail et merci.

Don’t be bothered to call this roofer if you speak English only. He will ask you why you don’t speak French if you live here? Well, has this guy from Boyer ever asked himself how come he doesn’t speak English given he lives in a bilingual city? Since when a QC resident is disallowed to speak English in Quebec?He refused to give me his name or transfer my call to others. I don’t recommend this company to the English speaking people unless you’d like to try the soul searching, good luck!

Le service et les prix étaient bon voilà 3 ans quand ils ont refait le toit chez moi et aujourd'hui, même service et même bon prix pour la toiture chez ma mère.C'est pas toujours évident de contacter des entrepreneurs car on a toujours peur de payer trop cher sans le savoir ou de tomber sur le mauvais numéro, mais cette équipe est très professionnelle, dès la visite pour soumission, le contrat est clair et précis et, en comparaison à d'autre soumissions reçues, les prix sont bons, surtout pour ce genre de service.

Excellent service. Professionnels, ponctuels. Tout est bien recouvert avant le début des travaux et le tout bien ramassé à la fin.

They did the roof for me 2 year ago, the ceiling start to leaking 2 month ago, first time he came and put some glue between the wall and roof, but it leak again he came second time and open the ceiling to check about leak, he told me that the leak seem not related to their work , and said that he will come back to check and close the ceiling ( he make a hole on ceiling) ,during the 2 time he visit, he just said he would come next week,but no one come,he just keep saying next week, it is 2 month already and the hole on the ceiling still not close

Très bon service d'installation, prix compétitif mais il ne coupent pas dans la qualité du travail. Long délai d'attente dû à la pénurie de personnel, mais ça vaut la peine d'attendre

On m'a recommandé les services de Toitures Boyer, car ma toiture coulait et j'ai dû la faire remplacer en plein hiver en 2018. J'avais fait plusieurs soumissions avant, car cette dernière avait dépassé sa durée de vie.Du début à la fin, j'ai été très impressionné par leur service et leur expertise. Ce n'est vraiment pas le genre d'entrepreneur qui vous donne une soumission et un prix sur le coin d'une table après une analyse superficielle.L'évaluateur de Toitures Boyer est venu évaluer la toiture, m'a proposé plusieurs scénarios et m'a suggéré ce qu'il croyait être le meilleur scénario. Le processus de soumission est entièrement électronique. On reçoit la soumission et on n'accepte le contrat en ligne. La soumission est très détaillée, claire et contient de nombreuses photos sur l'état de ma toiture. De plus, ils étaient des les prix!Les travaux ont été effectués selon l'échéancier établi l'hiver malgré la glace et l'équipe a agit de façon professionnelle. Le nettoyage du terrain a été fait partiellement après l'installation. On m'a dit alors qu'il reviendrait finir le nettoyage après la fonte des neiges ce qu'ils ont fait.Depuis 2 ans, je n'ai pas eu de fuites ou de problèmes avec ma toiture.Je recommande évidemment leurs services. Une perle dans le domaine de la construction au Québec!

Another roof company where serving a customer does not mean a lot... We asked for a quote Mid August 2020. We got the estimate pretty quickly and accepted it because the price was good and the reviews were also pretty good. We then asked about the timeframe for execution of the job. We were told that the job would be done by October 2020 (written in the quote). Mid October (since no news from them), we contacted the secretary to confirm the date and we were told that they cannot say anything as the planing is made by M. Boyer. The only answer you can get is: You will be called 24h in advance, we cannot say much because of the weather (which to be fair, you can understand).But, when you have a list of customers, you should be knowing where you are at in your list? Seems they don't go thru their list in order (the quote that got accepted) but with the job they like the most. Don't let your customers in the dark, we deserve to know how long we still have to wait or even if you will be executing the job the current year. You could say something like: we have 3 houses to complete before you so you are the fourth in the list.Reaching almost mid november, we contacted them again asking a simple question: Will you be able to do the job this year ? Guess about the answer....We have been waiting in the dark for the work to be done since August and will have to wait until next spring hoping that our roof will not leak over the coming winter....At the time we chosen Toitures Boyer, we were hesitating between 2 company. We have decided to cancel the contract with Toitures Boyer (never got a confirmation that they got my message ....) and go with their competitor who has reserved us a spot in his calendar next April. The competitor looks to handle customers relationship much better so far.... (I can share the company name if someone is interested).Toitures Boyer, you are losing a 16k contract but I guess you really don't care...I cannot talk about the quality of their work but as a customer, I'm really disappointed on how they have managed my customer relationship. Hence the reason I rank them so bad and do not recommend this company.
