Original Cellphone

Did a screen repair on my motorola moto power 2020. This was a really good job, had a previous repair done on the same phone and the guy that did it didn't do the best job and damaged my fingerprint sensor. So when they pulled it apart this last time it finally gave up the ghost and no longer works. Great quality would have been done in under 5 hrs but screen they were sent was for different model. They are abit more expensive then their competitors but was very impressed with the job.

I highly recommend this place. Most importantly they are honest and they are knowledgeable. I took my phone to you break i fix" only to be told that the motherboard was damaged and ended up buying a phone from them. Came here just to check out out-of curiosity

Amazing!!! My sons phone had a weight dropped on it at the gym. Went completely black, wouldn’t power on or turn on when plugged in.Took it to a different cellphone fix it shop and they checked it out and said they tried a new screen and that didn’t work and that the drop wrecked the internal system and that the phone wasn’t fixable and was just garbage now.Did some research and found Original Cellphone!! Took it in for a second opinion.He opened it up right there and had a look. Told me it was the screen and damage to the motherboard and gave me a quote.We decided to try and fix it and the very next day I got a call saying it was ready!!!!!!!EVERYTHING is back to its original state. Photos, apps, text messages….everything was restored!!!Will only go here with any cell phone issues from now on. A garbage phone in one shop to fully restored here!Plus the owner (I’m assuming that’s who I was dealing with) was extremely helpful, friendly, professional and priced very fairly.THANK YOU!!!!

I had Solene help me get my Samsung S10 repaired. She quoted me half the price of the other guys I called. She had the part in stock and got the whole thing done in 1 hour. This is the best service I could ask for. I will definitely use the team at Original cellphone again.

Great place to get your phone fixed. I came in from out of town and they were very accommodating to my needs and timeframe. I called ahead to make sure they had the right battery (which they did), and they had it swapped out very quickly so I was able to get back to my holiday with no interruption, and at the best price in the city.

Fantastic experience, I smashed my phone screen on a Saturday afternoon and it was useless. Made it there an hour before closing and they made my phone as good as new in 10 minutes. No BS, honest, professional, and polite. I’ve had a previous repair shop claim the need for them to back up my phone for a screen repair which to me is sketchy AF as all my personal info was on my phone. Two thumbs up Original Cell Phone Repair is awesome.

I was very pleased with their service. I brought my phone in twice, once to get a new battery and one to replace the screen. They fixed both within 30 minutes and it was cheap-$50 for a new screen for my iPhone SE!! They were also friendly and they were able to help me right away. When I smashed my phone screen a co worker recommended that this company replace the screen for me. They did it within an hour and put on a screen protector. Fair price, super friendly staff and would recommend them as well. Thanks guys.

I brought in a Ulefone for repair as the charge port stopped working. I had the part, and the technician was honest and explained that while he could open it and try to repair the port, that the phone was notorious for breaking the screen, and because there were no screens available in Canada - that he didn't feel comfortable in doing it. He also gave suggestions as to using the warranty on the phone to have it repaired by the manufacturer. Honesty and Integrity are hard to come by and this shop has just that!
