PuroCare responded to my water damaged kitchen and basement very quickly. I was blown away by how professional the process was and how quick everything went. They went to extra lengths to put away and box all my items during the damage removal and were able go move my large furniture and equipment without any issues. Communication with them is excellent and responsive as well. Would highly recommend.

Puroclean has been great to work with! They are always in contact with me to let me know what is happening next, which I really appreciated. They coordinated the asbestos removal and the rebuild so that we were displaced from our home for the least amount of time possible. They finished the work on our home very quickly and we’re very professional. We would definitely recommend this company! David has been great to work with and has always been there to answer all my questions!

We had water damage in our basement and the insurance company suggested PuroClean as part of the restoration effort. Throughout the process, the various groups of employees who performed the work were personable, quiet, diligent, and kept to themselves (almost too shy to ask questions/seek clarification). The workers were well equipped and prepared for protecting and packing our belongings and materials. David was quick to return phone calls, answer questions and run interference with the insurance company.

I had a leak on my water heater that caused some damage to some drywall and insulation in my basement. My insurance adjuster recommended PuroClean in order to get an assessment of the damage. David Huynh’s crew arrived later that day to assess the damage as well as install equipment to dry out the area. David and his crew checked in several times over the next couple of days to see how things were drying up. I also appreciate how they dealt directly with my insurance company which took a lot of the stress out of the situation. I would recommend this company if you experience similar flood damage.

Initial contact and tear out services were great after having some water damage. Trying to get someone out to now complete the rebuild appears to be impossible. Four separate attempts over two months to book something, always told that XXXX will contact us to set it up and nothing.

After our basement flooded from a backed up sewer, I was feeling overwhelmed with imagining how to proceed. PuroClean came in as part of our insurance coverage and they completely handled everything! It was a relief to be able to completely step back and have them take over and they were very communicative and clear about what they were going to do and how they would be handling our belongings.The employees were friendly and incredibly helpful and I feel a lot of trust with this company!

Unfortunately, I've had to use PuroClean twice for water leaks/damage, but both times, they've proven that they're the group to call! They show up with the right tools to assess/document the damage, minimize future damage and get your house back to normal as quickly as possible. And they make a stressful situation a lot less stressful. David and Igor are the best in Saskatoon, and if you're calling someone else, you'll be sorry. PuroClean is the company you need to call every time!

David from Pureclean was prompt sending Neil over immediately to detect the scope of the moisture behind the drywall. Josh and Justine arrived shortly after and found the problem where the water leak came from and set up 2 fans ....one in the basement and one in the kitchen to dry the water damage. The plumber arrived the same day and repaired the leak. The plumber was Ryan Willms from Classic Heating & Cooling and I woud definitely recommend him. So happy I can use my kichen sink.Just waiting now to get the basement drywall repaired in the basement and my kitchen cupboard under the sink repaired. Pureclean service was prompt, efficient, professional and friendly. A business I highly recommend!

Basement has water damage. 1st crew to rip out floor n wall was great. Moving on with the rebuild was a nightmare. Took 2weeks to even get any one in the house. Was told multiple different things. Not happy attall.
