Knowledgeable, friendly and gentle. I was very anxious about the needle, Dr Grèbe takes his time and explains everything he is doing and I didn't feel anything. Office is also very clean. He is the best dentist I have ever seen in my life. Highly recommended by me and my family

DR. Nathan Grebe was very professional and so was his entire staff. I only went in for some emergency work as I wanted a back tooth pulled bad and just left after my tooth extraction. After the experience I had, no pain, worked professionally and efficiently; I didn't even realize he was done. Hope the healing process goes well and now am thinking of making that my him primary dentist. That is how much I am satisfied with the services; highly reccomended!Wondeful guy! & staff

After seeing Dr. Grebe yesterday I felt the need to put pen to paper. I am 62 years old and waited my whole life to have a good experience with a dentist. Today was the day. Dr. Grebe is so gentle and the fact he took my fear in to account meant a lot. He was gentle and very reassuring. His staff so kind and compassionate as well. I left there wanting to shed happy tears as I can say I have found myself the best dentist I have ever had. Looking forward to my next app. I never thought I would feel or say those words. If you live with the fear of going to the dentist, this would be the Dr you should try. Thanks to the doc and staff for a memorable experience. Love always

My 10 year old son went in to get a tooth pulled and Dr Grebe was amazing. The experience was excellent, staff was great and Dr Grebe was excellent and comforting from the moment he walked in the room to the moment he left. I would recommend him to anyone. Had to have an urgent wisdom tooth extracted. Staff was great, and friendly and do a great job at making you feel at ease. The whole procedure was fast, too. An hour after getting into the waiting room I was driving away.The procedure was done really well. The dentist really knows what he's doing, and not just yanking teeth out. Two days later and I don't have any bothersome pain at the extraction site.Thank you!

It was my first time at Dr Nathan's clinic and it was a good experience. I had the Nitrous Oxide and three filling done, by Dr Nathan associate an she was wonderful, very gentle and very nice to talk with. So found my dentist for every.Thank you.

I first came to this clinic because I have had so many bad dental experiences and am notoriously difficult to freeze. I was most interested in the sleep dentistry. But my last visit was a very unpleasant one. I went in to have a root canal done. Because of the pandemic at the time, they were unable to complete the root canal and I left feeling worse than when I entered.The pain only got worse and worse and when I tried to call the clinic to get help, they refused. The receptionist would not even go an ask the dentist to refill my prescription for antibiotics and instead made me go to an emergency dental clinic.The emergency clinic said the root canal wasn’t done correctly the first time, and performed a second root canal. But again, refused to put a proper filling in. So all the second root canal did was stir up the infection in my mouth. By the time the freezing wore off I was nearly blacking out from the pain, that had spread from one tooth across my entire mouth. Just breathing was agony.The emergency clinic refused to write a prescription for antibiotics because they didn’t have a record of what I had already taken and were worried if they gave me the wrong antibiotics, it would make things worse.I finally got through to your clinic that evening and got my prescription refilled, like I had asked that morning and been denied. Once I took the antibiotics, the pain subsided. I did not actually need a second root canal. I just needed antibiotics and a proper filing. Neither of which the emergency clinic could give me. Both of which your clinic denied me.Dr. Al and the amazing team at Sudbury Smiles finally fixed all the damage your clinic caused to me. They did it faster and with far more compassion and it is entirely thanks to them I now have a smile to be proud of and a reason to use it. Your reception staff especially could learn a thing or two about compassionate care from them. I will be recommending their clinic over yours to everyone I can from here on out and will never be visiting your clinic again. So thank you, for botching my root canal so terribly that it forced me to seek out another clinic. If it wasn’t for your mistreatment of me, I never would have found Dr. Al and the Sudbury Smiles clinic and wouldn’t have the beautiful smile I do today.

First time in my life I didn’t feel that I was getting the local anesthesia. I got 12 injections in four months and I never felt the touch of needle in my gum. I’m so thankful to Dr. Grebe. He always uses some techniques that help to give comfortable injections.

Lost a crown which I had done at an other dental clinic; thankfully Dr. Jen fitted me with a temp & I’ll be getting my permanent in a couple of weeks. She & her assistant walked me through every with no discomfort whatsoever. So glad she’s my dentist! I’m her biggest fan!
