I’ve never seen a manager talk down to his employees so openly in my life. I walked in the store and was looking around when I heard the manager raising his voice at his employees. It did not seem healthy or like this was a safe professional workplace. You really need to check in on your employees and do performance reviews or something. Super scary!!!! Will not be shopping here again.

This company will buy your email address and make false sales to look good. Not ethical at all.

Anthropologie is cool but it is frustrating they will only ship limited items to Canada. This includes furniture which you aren’t notified about until attempting to check out. Too bad as they have some great coffee tables that would like fantastic north of the border.

I've always loved shopping at Anthropologie. Sadly, the overall quality of their merchandise has really declined over the past couple of years. Literally every item I've bought from them since 2021 has broken/fallen apart, including a pricey tote bag, a top, a large pillow, and a very overpriced necklace. Just not worth the cash outlay anymore for such low quality goods.

They never answer their phone so the customer service I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star if I could.

I was so pleased with my experience at this store! I was at my wits end trying to find something to wear at a wedding in two days and having gone all over Vancouver , this was one of my final stops. Cue Sylvia , who swiftly gave me a few options, and started a changing room for me, she deftly guided me through the racks asking all the right questions. Then I met maeve who helped me zip up a couple dresses and brought up a few belt options for me to pair with my chosen dress. She also chose a beautiful bag for me which I ended up purchasing. My checkout with Cecilia was seamless! All three ladies gave 5* service and I'll definitely be back . Having a size 16 body at Anthropologie was no barrier, they had decent well cut options to choose from, and if you're looking for a wedding guest dress definitely go here!

I love this store so much it’s full of beautiful things and everyone is so friendly and nice. Christian and Maddie helped me today, they were just great and made my shopping experience a happy part of my day! Definitely shop here☺️
