This was my first time purchasing a property. The lawyers and paralegals here all worked together as a team and happily answered the many questions I had. They were all capable, fast, efficient, and friendly. They also maintained good communication throughout the whole process from start to finish and checked in on me. Even Khalil offered his time to answer my phone calls and emails here and there.The only area for improvement was I waited a bit long in the lobby prior to my appointment starting (even though I arrived on time).

I had to followup with them because I had not heard from them a week after they had the paperwork for my home sale. More time passed, and I followed up again when it was within one week of my closing date and the paralegal had not looked at the file. Consequently I had the sign the paperwork without an accurate reflection of my mortgage payout. On the date of my closing they were unable to deposit the proceeds to my bank account, even though my payroll and CRA deposits work just fine. They did kindly offer to courier the cheque to me for a fee.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR PRIVATE SALE!!! - Ilive out of province and used the firm whenselling my condo via private sale. From thebeginning, I had quick phone and emailresponses regarding process and prices (great prices too). The private sale contract was reviewed quickly and thoroughly and Chermane saved the day (and assisted with other hurdles as well) when the buyer's firm failed to provide them with the proper forms for extensions and amendments.The firm offers virtual signing appointments ifyou're unable to go in person as well which was a requirement living of province. This team iskind, smart and attentive and I couldn'trecommend this firm more. Thank you.

I have been using this law firm for last few years but don’t know what’s going on with them now as the service is gone downhill and they will take your money and avoid you for weeks to get a simple job done as you can call these dozens of time and you will not get a response back after they collected your deposit. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you like your time wasted as there is plenty of good law office in calgary that will be more the happy to assist
