Red Swan Pizza

The Red Swan is awesome! They have the BEST pizza in town, hands down! Great food! Great service! Can't say enough in words alone! You have to try them for yourself! You won't regret it! They aim to please and always do!

New update: I am flabbergasted by the service provided by the staff here. I ordered 3 medium pizzas again I prefer them not baked as long as they normally do, we also don't do the sesame seeds or green peppers. After we got home we noticed there were green peppers on half of the pizza we ordered. We did half bbq chicken half taco we were bummed but since was just half we weren't going to call but then my phone rang and it was the manager calling me to verify the mistake. They wanted to make it right and even deliveried it out to us. I dont think ive ever had such service. They went above and beyond. Bravo Red Swan Bravo!! This time was both of our favorite time. It was beyond our expectations!! Keep up the wonder work!!!Updated review: I was blown away by the service since writing my last review. The manager replied on here, and when I was back in the country, I called and spoke with him and he wanted to ensure me that, what I had experienced was uncommon and wanted to make it right. He remade my order with some different selections, and we also chose to skip the sesame seeds on the crust. This time, we got the bbq chicken again, half of the tuscan again and half a honey garlic chicken, and an Alfredo chicken bacon add jalapeños. And boy, was this a night and day difference. The honey garlic is my new favorite. All the pizzas were perfectly baked and delicious. The combination of the price point and the selection alone was good before, but now it's outstanding! We will definitely be back! Thank you for caring enough to make this right that alone is rare today!! Thank you!I so wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It was our first time trying Red Swan, I read through many reviews on multiple sources and was legitimately excited about it.The price is great, and the menu has such a variety. We decided on the bbq chicken, meat fan, and did a half and half of the tuscan chicken, and spicy Perogies even tried the nachos. However, we found the pizza be dry and over baked, as if it was lacking sauce. I asked to not put the green peppers on any of our items, they do not agree with me at all, but unfortunately they were not, I was very disappointed because they are cut so small it's hard to remove them all. Overall, Im bummed to say I was not impressed at all.

I finally tried red swans pizza and they are my new favourite pizza place. I ordered the small chicken teriyaki pizza and took it home for my boyfriend and I to try. We both were really surprised how good the pizza was. It had real chicken on it not that stuff that doesn’t taste real like some places have. I also loved the crust it was delicious. I can’t wait to try the other pizzas on their menu. The man that took my order was really friendly and the price was a lot lower than other places I have ordered from.

I finally got to review this place and WOW what a great pizza. Best in town easily. I love the sesame seeds on the crust. Reminds me of my time living on Commercial Drive in Vancouver. I had the walk in large 2 topping special. They were only $12.95 per pizza. Amazing price for the best quality in town. I suggest you eat here before trying out any other slice in town. Oh and the staff is super friendly and cool. Thanks guys

Great pizza. Ordered in store one medium chicken bacon ranch pizza as my wife and I were in a pinch for a quick bite. The price is well worth it! $10 for a pizza in this day and age is almost unheard of.. little shy on the amount of chicken but how can you complain for $10 ? The young man who took my order at the counter was very professional and helped me choose from their vast menu. We will definitely be back! Recommend this place for sure! Thanks!

Wow the staff are so kind and their pizza is fantastic!!!! Such amazing options with keto, vegan, cauliflower base, gluten free, also so many creative pizza flavours. We had the special opportunity of seeing how their pizzas are made and they make everything fresh from scratch! Not only that but their kitchen is immaculately clean. Definitely found a new go-to pizza place!!!! Thanks for the great eats and for being so great with our kids!!

I love pizza. Today based on my daughter’s interest i tried their pizza for the first time. We tried 2 different kinds of pizza Spicy Chicken & Tuscan Chicken both are excellent. And their pizza is the best so far in Chilliwack. My full family now became fan of their pizza

Very respectful customer service and having a pizza with sesame seeds around the crust definitely adds up to a special taste. I highly recommend everyone to give this pizza place a try. Definitely worth it.Will come back for more ;-)

Edited review: originally had some issues with the pizza but they'd just opened and were training new staff. The owner read my review and more than made up for it. The new pizza he gave us for FREE with free delivery was way better than the first time.So many toppings like last time but cooked perfectly this time. Delivery driver was so polite as well.I really value customer service because these days it seems to be lacking but not at Red Swan. Went above and beyond. Will definitely be back!

Pizza was over cooked. Might of been very busy or new staff issue? Called them sent them a photo of pizza and got a quick response back from the customer service desk and then the manager they have taken care of the issues and have put a credit for a few pizzas on my account .The issue is was resolved very quickly. Good customer service.
