Sunshine Coach CarShipping

This morning, my husband, 15-year-old son and his friend went to get on the SUNSHINE bus at the Chinook C-train station. There were 2 other cars waiting to take the bus to the mountains. A Lake Louise bus pulled up. One car with 3 boys got on the bus. As they are the competition, my family thought it was not their bus. But when the usual Sunshine bus did not show up, my son went and asked the bus driver if the bus went to Lake Louise. The bus driver (middle aged man) said yes. Our fault that he did not ask, does this bus also go to Sunshine as well?" The bus left with our vehicle and the other vehicle with 2 women in ski apparel being the only vehicles in the vicinity. They called to ask where the Sunshine bus was and the employee said they just left. My husband asked the other car with 2 women in ski clothing if they were going to take the Sunshine bus. They were. So the only 3 cars in the Chinook LRT station at 6:30

Fantastic service all around. Office support to book was efficient and helpful. Driver was prompt but friendly. Pick up and drop off on time all around. Perfect ski day from Calgary!

Very good service, friendly staff and the hours of departure were perfectly respected. Would recommend to anyone needing transportation to sunshine!

Very efficient. So much more relaxing than driving! A couple of weeks ago the roads were closed but had opened by the time we got to that spot. The driver was in constant contact with their office and at one point told us we would need to do a small detour, but in the end that was not necessary. The driver drove very carefully in challenging snow conditions and even managed to get us there on time! Very impressed! And good value.

Friends decided to get high on the hill and I didn’t want to get in the car with them. Called the sunshine coach and made a reservation 10 minutes before it left, and I was able to get on. Really awesome service and they drop off at multiple locations around calgary.

Not impressed. Went on a trip and the bus broke down within the first 45 minutes. It was scary being on a bus with no heat/defrost in the middle of winter, and then we were stuck waiting for a new one for 4-5 hours, arriving at our destination around 4am. We paid a lot of money for the trip and NONE of it was refunded despite the contract stating that mechanical errors leading to delays would be subject to a refund!

Great transportation to and from Sunshine. Well organized, punctual and clean.Be sure to check if the bus is running, as it is dependant on demand.

Really great service, always on time, affordable and safe. Love not driving and taking a nap. I'll get the season pass next year for sure!
