Nail Art 360

Not the best manicure in town. The staff are probably new at this and have a very unprofessional attitude. They talk among themselves all the time while working and quickly lose focus on the job at hand. Gave me several cuts and bruises and did not polish well. A little on the rough side I must say. They might have wrong labels on the gel bottles as I got the wrong colour. On the up side, they did change the colour when I noticed it, although they did not seem happy about it. Note to the owner and staff: please speak English when your customers are around. Creates a very bad impression when you go on and on in a different language.

Worst service I've ever received. I was trying to ask for examples of what they have, they said they didn't have any, then finally showed me the samples of colours but would not tell me what art they could do or put on just kept getting frustrated but insisted on starting so I just tried to quickly come up with something, she angrily did it, then just put the payment machine in front of me didn't even tell me my nails were done, didn't do cuticle oil or clean them up or anything, just passed the machine while she was on the phone and I didn't tip because I couldn't believe how rude she was, and when she saw I didn't tip she said I couldn't come back. I assume she's the owner and what I assume was her husband and all the other staff were friendly but she was just rude and annoyed with me the entire time. I could barely understand anything she was saying. She also tried to act like she didn't know what I was talking about when I complained about one of my nails being completely uneven, I had to argue with her to even try to fix it and she still didn't fix it it's totally straight/flat on the side and annoys the hell out of me. She didn't paint the full nail properly and some even came off on the side right after. They charge random whatever they feel like at the time charges over and above what they advertise and my very basic fill was 65 dollars which is ridiculous when they were advertising full sets with colour for 45.. all I got was colour" no art at all. I figured since it's called nail "art" maybe they'd have some sort of examples or ideas that I didn't have to try to find on Google and them not be able to do. I didn't have a set appointment time I was going over

I prefer to come here to get my nails done because the girl who used to do mine was pretty good but the last 2 times I went, I honestly did not like their work. I didn’t really have time to clearly examine my nails because they didn’t want it out of the UV nail lamps, which was odd. I only had time to check it after which did not only looked bad but was poorly done and they removed too much of the sides while cleaning that my one of em bled. I can’t believe I paid so much for bumpy nails with air bubbles. Save your money and time, go somewhere else

Went in for an appointment with my friend for two people for acrylic nails. Sat down and was expecting to get them done at the same time. My friend started getting hers and I waited for an hour sitting there while they took other people in doing their nails before mine, even though I had an appointment before them. I don’t mind waiting (not an hour though) but we had to be somewhere so I didn’t even get them done because an hour and 20 minutes already passed. My friends nails were horrible too, really thick and careless. Overpriced, almost $90 for basic acrylics. Please don’t go here save your money and time.

Sad that this was not the greatest experience because I used to love it here. Moved back, tried it out and wasn’t happy leaving. One person asked me what I wanted and I told her hand and feet gel polish. A different lady did my feet, barely spoke to me, in such a rush. Was done so fast and they’re not great. When I told her about wanting my hands done, she seemed so annoyed. She said I needed to tell her ahead but when I told her, I told the person who asked me in the beginning, she didn’t seem happy. Then someone else did my hands and did an awful job. They’re so bumpy and weird. I’m going to have it taken off somewhere else. But yeah too bad. They were so busy, maybe that’s why. But yeah can’t believe I paid $125 for it.

Went to get my nails done here because my place was booked up and I was in a rush. It all began when my nail tech asked where I went to get them done before. Like why does it really matter where I went before? Then as she was doing my nails she kept speaking I what I assume to be Tagalog to another nail tech and usually I don’t really care but she kept showing her my nails at which point I know you are talking about me but you are not really reassuring me as to what u are saying and therefore leading me to believe you are either making jokes about my nails or basically not saying nice things. My nail tech filed my nails down 7 times which I have never had done before and ended up cutting my finger in the process. She also filed down skin when she was using the machine file a couple times to the point that I had to take my hand away because it hurt so bad. Eventually the nail tech next to her took over doing my nails and then my nail tech put on 6 coats of polish, which again I usually get 3 including the top coat. 2 ½ hours later and I just needed to leave because I was already running late to an event but needless to say I will not be going back.
