If 5 stars meant the store was above phenomenal and 1 star meant the store did not fulfill its purpose I would rate my experience at this store a 2/5. Honestly, the other time I went everything was fine, but this time I was serviced by this rude lady. I was struggling to dig out some coins from my wallet to pay for my 2 subs, when she tells me I need to pay her another 50 cents. That in itself is not the issue as I understand she needs to get to other customers (she had another employee helping her though so I don't know what the rush is, it's not like I'm going to make a run with the sub), but what came after that was inappropriate. After her reminder, I looked at the coins on the counter, did the math, and proceeded to dig for coins because I knew I could pay it in exact change. The lady said again in a not very nice tone of voice that I needed to pay more, and when she saw me still looking for coins she flat out said (I could hear her through my earbuds, that's how loud she said the following) Jesus Christ

you get more than you expect from the Average Subway. They filled my Sub really good with a lot of stuff. good service 2 times in a row. (Edit, Went in a different night and the lady who was closing mid 30s, was super rude, phone in hand and talking via air pods.)

I ordered two subs online & they're ready to pick up in app. When I head over to there, the male owner handed them over to me. Just right after I walked out, the old lady(I think the she's the owner as well) chased out & said you haven't paid yet in a very rude way. I showed her the receipt & the subway app but she won't listen at all. She said the app shows it's ready to pick up at 1:40 pm so you need to wait until 1:40 & pick it up. You order is not ready for pick up yet. We haven't received the money. There are 2 customers watching at us & I feel so embarrassing. The male owner tried to comfort the old lady, said i paid already & just let me out of the store. It really ruined my friday. I will never ever come to store again, and I won't suggest anyone go here as well. There is one in Major Mac with much much better customer service. No one want to cheat on your 10 bucks sub.

I have been ordering from this location for years and no issue at all until today with new staff perhaps. Normally they would put online orders on the shelves for pick up. Upon arrival nothing was there. And a line of 5 ppl in front of me. Instead of cutting in line, I had waited until the female staff asked if anyone’s here for online orders. Next I said don’t you usually put the orders on the shelves for pick up? Then the male staff harassed me with a mean look and tone and said “is it hard for you to ask and pick up from the cashier side?” Seriously, is that the right attitude towards customers? As a management consultant, I was trying to help and respond by saying you guys need consistency to run a biz (all factual nothing emotional). Your biz would thrive if you stick to the same rules. Apparently they don’t care. Pls give up those two staff, especially the emotional male staff, at all costs. They are destroying your store reputation. The incident happened on June 8, 2023 around 1:45p. From now on, I will shop at the Dufferin and Summeridge location instead.

Not a great experience, two servers were taking a single large order, for some reason one of them couldn't step away to assist me. Waited for 15 minutes and eventually left. A lot of the veggies looked like they were out from atleast the previous night if not longer. The tuna was dried on the top as though it aired out from being out too long. Wouldn't recommend.
