Brockton Apartments

I lived here for 2 years. I found this building always clean. Special thanks to Jason, manager here, always careful for the cleanliness, solving your issues right away. Never found a single cockroach or a bug during my entire stay.

Presently live here. Superintendent is very good but there is way too much noise here. Too bad that other tenants do not respect other tenants. Cannot wait until May 2023.

My friend lived there for a year. He experienced cockroaches and bedbugs. I visited once and shrieked when I noticed a cockroach running up their bathroom wall.

The building is always under management. A superintendent (Jason) is hardworking and responsive. When there was a petrol inspection, the guy also confirmed that there are no buildings in Hamilton that are maintained thoroughly like Brockton.Nevertheless, the building is old. So, roaches came out when the season turned into winter. Jason sent pest control right away, and they also came to a couple of times more for the follow-up.The parking place is also managed nicely. Jason cleans the snow around the entrance and exit even though it's the weekend. Moreover, I am living on the river view side, so enjoying spending time on the terrace in summer with a beautiful view.There are 6 washing machines and dryers but one or two are broken frequently. There was a laundromat in front of the building but it’s closed. Since washing machines in the building are not big, it's uncomfortable to wash winter duvets or mattress covers.There are pros and cons, but I give 5 stars as the pros affect me more than the cons. Especially, I am grateful for having a responsible and communicative superintendent downtown. I believe that’s very rare.

Very clean apartments and friendly people. Best place to live near Go Center.Management (Jason) is very professional and always ready to help.
