Very bad customer service, the associates talking in group, they don’t care about customers and they don’t know about the products are selling.

It was a very organized place with decent selection of clothes. Look forward to the nice quality of their items at a good price too. They also have frequent sales, which I like so much because I ended up having super quality clothes at lower prices. Their selection of women's clothes were alright.

They treated us like thief. Though we booth the coat from them.

I used two $50 gift cards ($100) on Black Friday, but their stuff has no ideas about it and tried to swipe it as a gift card (should use as credit card instead). It was declined on both of my card for sure. So I have to use my credit card to purchase. However it turned out that the gift cards were already charged at their store. I drove to their store about an hour per trip about 3 times, but I’m tired of their not well trained manager. Their manager seemed so annoyed with her attitude and didn’t want to help me at all, she let me feel it was totally my fault and I should just let it go. She was not willing to check her system into my transaction and kept saying how busy she was and how hard it will be, yeah by just typing some words are definitely overwhelmed what she paid for. I’m writing this review now because I’m a student and had no time for this till now.

We arrived approximately 10 minutes before the store closed. We were ignored for those 10 minutes. We received service only after we waved down someone who work there. Immediately after another employee came up to tell us that they are closed without even asking if they could assist us. What a horrible representation of an excellent company. Columbia has a hole would be ashamed at this

Horrible service. Waiting by the counter while 4 staff meets speak East Indian language together laughing. Very uncomfortable shopping experience will never come back.

This store is great. Not a lot of mens talls, but when they have a sale or put things on clearance its extremely hard to walk away from.
