M&D Spa and Nails

I previously gave them five stars because my tech, Linda, did a great job. However, she no longer works there, and when I went in a couple days ago, they absolutely botched my nails. My nails look like thick nasty clubs. I would’ve appreciated if they offered to fix it but instead they said they see nothing wrong with this and blamed my nail (lol. I hate when salons do this). I’ll be going elsewhere now.I had asked for a squ-oval shape and thin nails. These are so heavy and round and extremely lopsided. They look like so childish, like little skittles.

Used to love coming here for pedicures, I’ve been many times but yesterday was my last time coming. The Pedicure was so rough. She cut me multiple times and my toes are stinging and very sore. Not worth $53 plus tip.

Had a great experience!!! The woman who did my Mani Pedi did an amazing job! I don't remember her name but I will definitely be back! Everyone was very welcoming.

I am so impressed with this place. Love their clean and relaxing environment. It really feels like a spa than a nail salon. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. After so many years of trying new places, I finally found one !! Would definitely come back for other services.

Love this nail salon. Everyone is professional here and give me great inspiration. Especially thanks to Annie for this beautiful gel nails and design. She always does a great job. I’d definitely come back again for my gel nails.

This place feels like a spa! It’s so clean and quiet. No loud machines, no nail dust, no nasty stations with used supplies and littered with polishes. No ugly pointless posters everywhere. Even the bathroom smelled amazing and looked great!!I used to go to a luxury nail spy in New York where the manicures were like US$120 and this is just as clean and serene and SO affordable. Also they don’t charge extra to remove shellac!Linda did a great job with my nails! I love the shape and color. Plus I had my own separate room for the manicure (loved that). For now my rating is 5 star but I will edit it if my nails chip too soon (sign of a bad manicure).Few suggestions to salon: don’t overcrowd the keychain with shellac colors because it’s super hard to pick one. Separate them please. Also, please have more examples of the types of designs you can do. I wanted to design but didn’t know if anyone was skilled enough to do it because there were no examples

WORST WORST WORST!!!My friend booked this place for four of us for a pedicure and we all came out unhappy. They are over priced for the service we received. She was in so much rush that she barely soaked the feet and didn’t scrap at all and water wasn’t warm enough as well. It hardly took 15minutes for a pedicure and polish. It wasn’t relaxing and comfortable by any means. I even asked her to scrap the feet properly. Also she didn’t ask about trimming my nails before chopping them off.Fast forward 15 minutes. I was at the reception to pay with disposable socks because the polish was taking time to dry and we just wanted to leave. When I was going back to wear my shoes after paying them for the service we didn’t get, the lady at the reception rushed after me as if I was going in for a robbery. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR. It really put me off otherwise I wouldn’t have left a negative review.Will never go back there and won’t recommend at all.

I was looking for a new nail spot, because my regular spot is a bit of a drive. The ratings seemed great so I checked it out. Big mistake. The store was empty so I had two technicians, one doing my nails the other my toes. It felt unprofessional and corners were cut, but I couldn’t put my finger on it. The place felt run down and like I was coming here for a discount. I got a UV gel refill on my nails and a pedicure. My nails didn’t feel as strong but I didn’t know why. I ended up going to another nail salon for a refill and there was no uv gel on my nails! I couldn’t believe it!

Would definitely recommend! This place was very welcoming. The atmosphere is very calming and relaxing. I absolutely love that the place doesn’t have a nail salon smell! They did an awesome job on our nails!
