I ordered parts for a Zojirushi water boiler. Price was fair (almost the same as from the Zojirushi store site, but they only sell to the US). Shipping rates seemed good. Very fast response - ordered on Thursday, parcel arrived the following Wednesday (less than a week; Ontario to Alberta).

Great, they repaired both my Panasonic microwaves, paid less than $100 each time to fix these nice but unreliable 1.6 cu. ft microwaves. Nice to find someone who repairs and keeps stuff working. 2 day turnaround was good. I would use them again.
