Great people! Serving people who really deserve. I am very impressed. They just started free bus service for the homeless people in Toronto, which provides food and safe homeless people from extreme cold weather. They are saying lifes. Well done and God bless you.

I volunteer here, and I was pleasantly surprised by my first experience. There is a lot of work behind the scenes, and the volunteers and workers are doing a tremendous job - with a smile on their faces. From the food / donation deliveries, to sorting and checking each item, to stocking shelves, and filling each order - it's not a small feat to keep the food bank running, which is only one part of the charities many outreach programs. They also offer a delivery service for those who don't have access to transportation. Outstanding service. Keep up the good work & and serving those in need.

I have been volunteering at Humanity First for about four years now. I find the staff treat everyone the same, irregardless of race, creed, religion, culture, ethnic background or country of origin. The amount of food given is dependent on the size of the family. More family members equal more food and would determine whether you get a small bag of something or a large bag of something. After all everything a client receives is free! Praise the organization for it shows Humanity to all.

Just because I provide my email address to volunteer does not mean you can send me spam like emails week after week. My email and contact info was provided because I was interested in volunteering. I never received a phone call or email that you were interested. This is the second charity I tried to volunteer for where nobody gets back to you. Maybe I will try my luck downtown Toronto since Vaughan charities are too snobbish to accept strangers.

Excellent facilty. Dr. Daud Aslam is very welcoming and does whatever he can to help those that come. He does a tremendous job running the food bank and the organization's foreign and domestic initiatives.
