Rachel helped me re-decorate my home following a house fire. She led me through the difficult process of selecting floor coverings, wall colors and window coverings as well as helping me re-arrange the furniture in my home. I love living in this space and my friends are so impressed with my home. Not only has Rachel made my home decor current but her efforts have added to the re-sale value of my home. Throughout this difficult process, Rachel was supportive and listened to me express my concerns and preference.

I sometimes make decisions too quickly with limited knowledge while my wife has lots of ideas and knowledge but can’t make a decision. Rachel listens carefully and then confidently navigates between what needs to happen and what is best managed with compromise. In the end my wife and I both felt like we had contributed to the final plan allowing us to approach the renovator with clarity and confidence.
