Wow! This is the BEST bakery found in Quebec and even all of Canada! The selection and quality of breads, breakfast items and prepared sandwiches and meals is impressive. Everything we purchased was over the top delicious!

This bakery is a little bit out of town to the north, but definitely worth the trip. The service is excellent and the food was delicious. Recommend the Southwest Chicken Sandwich. Kicking myself for not going back and getting more before leaving Quebec.

I just can't say enough nice things about this business. Pascal Le Boulanger has got to rank up with the top bakeries in Canada. Everything was tasty and perfectly fresh. You will fall in love with the food displays. We even tried their pizza, sandwiches and they were fantastic. But sweats are the reason you should stop in...wow

Wow what a find! We stumbled upon this bakery on our way back from the National Park. Delicious! Amazing selection of artisan breads, panini’s and desert treats.Totally don’t miss this place is you’re close by.

We discovered this bakery when camping at Jacques Cartier Parc. The baked goods are delicious and the service was very friendly. Even though we don’t speak French. We’ll come back tomorrow for a sandwich to enjoy on our long drive home. We highly recommend stopping her for a coffee and pastry.

Amazing bakery. They had so many varieties of bread and pastry. Staff were friendly and courteous. We stopped here for breakfast.
