Was very impressed with Lakeshore's rep (Blair), very professional.

Had a problem, looked at it right away, worked on the codes, sadly needs more work than than I thought but Larry at service is working on it for me!

our vehicle's starter went in the middle of our cross-country trip from our house we sold near Toronto to our new home in Alberta - These guys got us in, diagnosed, fixed (new starter) and out in less than 3 hours SAME DAY (when other places in town told us it would be days before they could even see us)Thanks for saving our bacon!!

Feels like a courthouse, a place you go in order to get screwed out of your hard earned money. Loved my Buick, wanted a Silverado, however decided upon an F-150 due to the excellent service I received at Sudbury Ford.

I purchased a new trailblazer and I was told because they don't make money on small vehicles they won't even give me a couple floor mats. They were happy to take my money though!

Stopped in to pickup some stuff at the parts counter waited a good 15min for service, then was met by a visibly disgruntled employee. Won't be going back for service or to purchase a vehicle.

It's worth the drive to Wilson in New Liskeard. Avoid this dealership. A year ago, I brought my vehicle in because I was getting error codes. I paid for diagnostics, parts, and work that should have been covered under warranty. I was unaware that work was warrantied - I trusted the guys at Lakeshore. Was unaware of this until some similar work was covered at Wilson in NL. The manager said, yeah, that work should have been done under warranty. I tried to get my $ back through GM Canada but after over a month of explaining, sending receipts, re-explaining several times, I was told: The service person probably entered the wrong code. This happens. That person is no longer at Lakeshore Motors. If you had brought this to our attention sooner
