I brought my watch (Citizen brand) into Paris thinking it was a complete waste of time (due to it being damaged by another jewellery store and not working anymore) to see if there was any way to get it working again because it was a gift from my wife, they took my watch, sent it off and in a short preps of time I had a quote on the repair and an approximate time frame. I gave my approval to go ahead with the repair and before the date I was told it would be ready it was completed. My watch came back to me in mint condition as of I had never taken it to the other jewellery store!! I’m am so pleased with their friendliness and expert service I will absolutely recommend them and will give my business to them in the future!!! 10 stars!!

I am amazed I walked in to just ask if they could make a special peace and look as one jewelry thinking I’d come back in a few days and buy what i wanted but they suprised me and helped me find a way to take them home that day it was phenomenal service definitely recommend.

All their jewelleries are very good quality, very dazzling, and at a reasonable price. The staffs are incredibly friendly and very helpful. I had a small problem once that were fixed without delay. Once you buy a product fromthem, they will always regard you as a valued customer. Would definitely buy all our future jewelleries from here.

I'll start by saying I'm not a jewelry person and have never bought anything from a store like this before. To say I was overwhelmed is a understatement and with the amount of jewelry stores in our mall I was lost. The staff at Paris was friendly, fun and most important made me feel comfortable in this experience ( had other places looking down their nose at me or trying to up sell as they could see i was clueless). So thank you Paris and if I ever purchase jewelry again I will be stopping there first!
