Worst company EVERAlways had problem with them (10 times out of 10)Hold my shipping without notice2 months later, they send me a mail OR a callWITHOUT my delivery number....so IMPOSSIBLE to call them or go online without this number...How can they still be in business?!?!??!?!

THE worst brokerage company I never had to deal with. My package was stuck in Ontario and DHL never bothered to advise something was missing. When I called and provided the missing information and asked them to call me if something else happened. I then waited another week without hearing back and had to reach out again, to be told something else was missing. It has now been over a month and the issue is still not resolved. I highly recommend using another brokerage service than DHL.

If I had the chance to travel to get my packages and then bring them home myself, I would do that and never use DHL to handle ANYTHING! Customer Service is GARBAGE! They asked for very personal information under the umbrella of Security Purposes" It was CAR PARTS from a CAR PARTS STORE.... After I sent them the information my package still has not been released.... 72 hours later. Now not only is it late

We have to pay fees everytime. they leave at the wrong adress I had to use spotted on facebook to find my order. By chance it fell in the hands of someone honest + too hard to just stay in touch with an employee and it's too long . 5 days in my area and still waiting after my package . We can say bad things about other carriers but at least everything's better than dhl .

I was scared by the review but I had a really great customer service. I had an emergency and had to go take the package before it could arrive to my home. So I went directly there and they found it and handled it to me. I ordered my package 4 days ago from UK to Quebec. The employees where so kind!

I need my order now i don’t care .Talking about delivery attempted now its been 3day be forreal now ..i have cameras and i was even waiting in front of the window and no one came . Tell me how even did y’all try to give me my order but my order is in an other state ? Very poor service this was my first and last time im using y’all services
