Excellent service, jusqu'à l'installation.Très mauvais service après-vente. Beaucoup d'air froid qui rentre par la prise électrique (dont ils ont modifié l'orientation) et sous la fenêtre entière. On me répond que ce n'est pas de leur faute, même si c'est eux qui ont fait l'entièreté des travaux et de l'installation de la nouvelle (plus grande) fenêtre.On paye pour une fenêtre écoénergétique, mais l'air froid rentre tout autour!!

I can't say enough about what a great experience it was having Portatec install our new windows and front door. From the first visit to the last the team has been helpful, responsive, polite and informative. The team of installers made sure furniture was covered, they cleaned up after they were done, worked quickly and efficiently all day. They double checked, asked my opinion, worked around any minor issue that came up. I love that the windows and door we bought were made in Quebec. I would highly recommend Leo and his team to take care of any window and door needs you may have. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Right off the bat, I got bad vibes from this company. Salesperson called me and he told me that the company doesn't visit the clients to give estimates unless they're serious. He never gave me an estimate... not even a ballpark figure. He said he would text me his email address but never did. Lazy company wants the money without making any effort. Hard pass for me.

I needed custom replacement sidelight windows for my front entrance, Portatec took care of the measurement and ordering of the custom windows. Excellent service that I couldn't get from my window supplier. Thanks!!!!
