Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Website says Stop in for a free consultation and estimate" ... that's a joke. I was told my free consult and estimate was a waste of time for them today.Brought my car in on a Friday after noon around 2:30pm

Drive a 2005 Corolla with 440,000 kmWas making loud sound and it was muffler related? Expected bill 700-800? Brought it in at 8.00 am at 8.15 the mechanic said was a clamp, he replaced and no charge. Service levels really high. They are fast, no messing around. Pragmatic. Great place.

Saved me $3200.Mechanic quoted $3600 for a full exhaust system replace including converters. Called Zoro, they told me over the phone they could get it fixed for around $800. Dropped my car off after hours. They got the work done by 9am next day and called me back to tell me the total was $400, only needed to replace the mid pipe.Amazing!

Went for an emergency repair today. No appointment and they took me in immediately. Was given a great price to replace a rusted out flange. Went to get a coffee next to the shop and by the time I was back the car was done. Will definitely recommend to anyone

My car was roaring like a motorbike! Once it was hoisted up on the platform, I was taken to see the problem with the muffler system & given a quote right then.Great staff, friendly and the place works like clockwork.I waited less than half an hour in the waiting room - (tidy and very clean) and it was all fixed- very reasonably priced too.Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

Took My Trucks in To get Repair as my Catalytic Converter was Stolen off one Truck & Damaged on the Other. Brain on the Desk with over 40 Years of Service and Murray & John , and Cody did A excellent job on the Repairs of My Trucks. Nice clean Shop and Waiting Room.

The older gentleman at the front was great and very efficient. He quoted a price that was reasonable and the service was done very efficiently. The young guy working on my vehicle was very informative with what the issue was and what he'd do to get it fixed. Was completed within no time, and my vehicle was quite as kitten. Highly recommend this location for all you muffler related services. I am very happy and satisfied with the service provided to me.
