Loved Kildonan Medical… until I really needed them! Leaving on a cruise on May 9th so called cuz I had had COVID and needed a “Document of Recovery” to board. The desk offered me an appointment on May 13th AFTER MY DEPARTURE. She wouldn’t budge so agreed to call over the doctor’s nursing assistant who also said to take it or leave as they could only give me a date AFTER I WAS GONE!!! I said I stood to lose $6,000 and she said that many people try to get earlier appointments but couldn’t and I was no different. The milk of human kindness, compassion, understanding, and basic decency was sorely lacking. Not to mention intelligence.

Dr. Potter's nurse Renada (uncompassionate and condescending) to patients. She is not knowledgeable about young people transitioning and can in fact be rude to them. My daughter did not have a good experience with her and we would warn the trans community to expect less than satisfactory care, especially at a time when they are all ready feeling vulnerable.

They show 0 empathy. Like another person mentioned the student docs just care about data.Stressful. No one takes health issues seriously. I have chronic pain and get 0 help for my health issues. No one smart works here. Horrible nightmare place. Students are useless like the docs. My fam doc talks and stares at the floor. Hardly ever makes eye contact . Then he has repeadedly gave me what he told me are prescriptions when they are not. I go to the pharmacy and i am told the creams are over the counter. Then i have to see the doc and tell him i need prescriptions. Not fake ones.TheStupidity of docs here are crazy. I had another doc one day this year cause my doc didn't work on tues which no one told me. The doc was insane. Telling me to walk for mental health. I am in a wheelchair with debilitating nerve pain. She argued non stop until i had to leave . She was cold heartless. She told me repeatedly i am not sick. I explained i have health issues. Was diagnosed. She wanted to argue. Nightmare place. I wanted to switch docs was told i am not allowed. Lies.

This place is a dumpster fire. Family doctor finder sent me here for gender affirming care, only to be misgendered by the residents. Residents will treat you as a hurdle to their career rather than a person trying to have your medical care needs met. Expect zero empathy from not only the residents, but the receptionist staff as well. Prepare to have the worst doctors experience of your life if this is where you’ve been sent.

I was a patient of Dr. Simone Mazerolle for over 10 years. Over these years my concerns were ignored/blamed on my anxiety. She dropped me as a patient when I requested a second opinion as she was unwilling to do testing that she said and I quote cost thousands of dollars" and were not necessary because nothing is wrong with me. I found a new doctor a few months later (thank goodness) who diagnosed me after running a few tests with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). This took 2 appointments for my new Dr to diagnose me as opposed to 10+ years of being told I'm making up symptoms and its all in my head. Dr. Simone Mazerolle should be ashamed to call herself a nurse practitioner and she should be re-educated in patient etiquette and care."

Don’t ever step foot in this clinic. The receptionists leave almost an hour early and don’t answer the phones and when they do they make you cry. The staff is awful, the only reason I stayed so long is for Simone and now that she’s retired im getting out of there.

I’ve been a patient of this office for nearly 10 years. The level of care has only decreased since the pandemic has started.since this is a learning clinic for students studying to be doctors, I need to go in explaining my backstory every time which gets old fast. The residents seem to only show interest in your conditions when they are collecting data on you. Aside from that they tell you what you already know. Honestly coming here has been a huge waste of my time, even more so as the appointments go on. Zero relationship with your actual physician and the residents don’t seem to actually care about the patients issues or want to do much to help. I’ll be looking for a new doctor.

Well I was going to see a doctor here but after reading a review on here about what a doctor told a patient I'll pass.I think this doctor should be brought up on discrimination with the Human Rights Board.Absolutely disgusting.Read the previous review.

My (very) elderly mother has been a patient of the clinic since it's conception, so long standing patient . In her final years Dr Page is less than interested in seeing her. Dr Page has little or nothing to do with the family that is trying to care for her and refuses to take into consideration the fears and concerns of the family. Treating seniors is not only about the person, it involves the family who are witnesses to the decline of the aging patient. I would never recommend this place. If I continue I could tell you how a resident taking my father off of warfarin killed him. But that's another story. Now this clinic is working toward killing my mother.

For many years I went without a dr . I was referred to Simone Mazerolle and for the first time ever I found a person who listened to my concerns and actually cared about my health instead of just prescribing medications . She has been a godsend. Because of her knowledge experience and understanding I am looking forward to living a healthy life
