We have used these services for inflatables, rooftop and ground flags, and search lights. Extremely happy with the prices, service (set up and tear down) and quality of products. I experienced the WORST customer service from a sales rep of this company. Where do I start? My boss tasked me to rent an inflatable tube ASAP. We have never rented one of these, so we don't know the whole deal behind it. I was willing to understand the entire process and get to know what options we have, but when I called, this sales representative had NO patience and tolerance when handling my request. And it got worst any time I asked something. When I told him we are located in a northern city, he kept saying, well
