I wish I could give zero stars.We moved at the end of last summer (2021). We contacted this company at that time to come and fix one small piece of flashing on the side of our roof. The previous owner of our new house used this company in the past which is why we contacted them instead of other options. It took multiple, consistent attempts to get a hold of anyone - they DO NOT respond to emails, phone-calls or voicemails.Once we were FINALLY able to speak with someone, they came by to check out the repair and advised us someone would come back and fix this one piece. No one came back. No one followed up. Today is June 14, 2022 and we have not heard from them since last year. We also had a small leak in our upstairs bathroom in the early spring and attempted to reach out NUMEROUS times and did not hear back at all.If you have one year available to wait to have one small piece of flashing fixed, then this is the company for you. If you expect the bare minimum of customer service like answering calls or responding to emails, or people following through on what they say they will do, this is not the company to use. TERRIBLE customer service!
