Extremely unprofessional. Emailed this agency 2 weeks ago inquiring about a service but never received a response. Called them to follow up and was advised someone will get back to me in a few days but again, no one got back. Sent a 2nd follow up email and called them back only to be advised that they’re no longer accepting new clients. As a business providing a service, it’s concerning that they can’t even respond to emails acknowledging receipt let alone be transparent from the beginning about their intention. Please take caution before trusting them with your legal matters.
