Whenever I go to money mart and Indira is there, it makes my day, as soon as I walked in I get that warm welcoming smile, and she greets me by my name, her attitude and professionalism is what all employees should have. I've been in the store a couple of times and she wasn't there, didn't feel welcoming at all, when I walked in on January 5, and saw her, it's like Christmas all over again, she really cares about her clientele, I would recommend her to anyone, hope she stays at this location.

Great customer service provided consistently by an awesome representative named Jasspreet Kaur. She is ever smiling and extremely helpful. I have been helped by her 3 times and each time she went above and beyond with her service. I always prefer to be helped by her. Sometimes you are having a bad day and smiling help provided by associates like herself can make a huge difference. Thank you Ms Jasspreet for going above and beyond consistently.

Wow, she had positive energy, was very polite and most importantly professional. Excellent step up in service! Thank you for being a breath of fresh air" and making me have a positive experience. My customer service representative was amazing! The quality of service was superb! In fact I’ve never had such good customer experience in a long while. Alyssia was extremely helpful and patient! Very oriented and organized! She assisted with sending money and receiving money and accepted my referrals and educated them on building credit. Her outspokenness and enthusiasm made it fast and efficient and I was out of the establishment in a breeze. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to send money, receive or to do loan applications. 10/10 for Alyssia.
