I love Lori’s art! She brings all the beauty of Edmonton to the foreground. Our river valley, our promenades and trails are her subjects and she does them proud.

We commissioned Lori for a retirement gift painting. She was so enthusiastic to do it and was able to complete it in the short time frame that we gave her. She did an excellent job: the painting is beautiful and it's exactly what we discussed. She also recommended a great framing studio. She is very friendly and a pleasure to work with but most importantly, she really embraced the idea and vision we had for this very special gift and brought it to reality. She was really the perfect artist for the job!

I kept looking for a piece that spoke to me and I bought my first Lori Frank Artwork at the 104 Street Market in Edmonton. It instantly transported me back to the precious moments I’ve spent in the River Valley. So many of Lori’s pieces are places where I have been or places I recognize. They bring strong emotions of happiness, serenity, and pride.I love seeing the new pieces that Lori creates and follow her on multiple platforms to keep up to date with her work. I contacted Lori regarding a commission for a painting of the Black Dog Pub on Whyte Ave as an engagement gift for my daughter and future son in law.She had some great ideas about how to bring this vision to life, was easy to work with, and created the perfect piece of art to commemorate the engagement! Our art pieces from Lori look beautiful in our home! Lori was very responsive and helpful when communicating and organizing shipping. We no longer live in Edmonton and love how much her art reminds us of 'home'. Looking forward to having her art in our house for many years to come!

I have been an admirer of this talented local artist for many years and so appreciate her style, mediums and inspirations for her work.One of my favorite pieces (yes I said one)is the staircase by the High Level Bridge, located in the Ezio Faraone park. If you walk anywhere in the River Valley, you are bound to come across this staircase and if you have had the privilege to climb these stairs, you will appreciate the detail that Lori has captured.This is a special piece to me, because it was the view I had from my office and at the bottom of the stairs, is the Royal Glenora where my now deceased father worked for many years.The colors in this piece are vibrant and the attention to detail, spectacular!Lori's fine art is subtle, detailed and captures the beauty of the Edmonton River Valley and all the hidden gems it holds. It is such a tribute to this beautiful parkland that Edmontonians are so fortunate to have, but others can enjoy too!Bravo Lori! I am such a believer of your talent and will be a forever collector!

I discovered Lori's artwork at TIX On the Square years ago, and have always adored her style.When our beloved dog passed, I contacted Lori with a photo of our Simba to see if I could commission a painting to memorialize him. She was extremely helpful and empathetic when we discussed the piece over the phone.When I was invited over for the revealing, I was prepared to cry, and be overwhelmed with sadness. But when Lori brought out the painting... it was him, it was Simba! He looked as if he was ready to jump right out of the painting! I was taken over by the joy of being re-unified with Simba.The photo I originally provided was actually taken during sunset, but the painting was made into a beautiful, warm sunrise, shining through his golden coat with stunning colours. Simba looked so happy in the field in Terwillegar Park where he used to run.The most extraordinary part was how Lori noticed a heart-shaped pattern in his fur, and reproduced it in the painting. That was particularly special to me.She took her time to discuss her thought-process in creating the piece, and share with me the passion she has for her craft. I appreciated how humble, gracious, and honest she was.The painting is now hung in our home, right above Simba's favourite sofa. Looking at the painting brings our family joy every time, and I am grateful to have such a beautiful closure to his passing.Thank you Lori.
