I have never received food so sloppily packaged with such tiny portions for almost 90 dollars.Gross, and unexpected from a corporate chain that's usually great. The fish and chips were 27 dollars, for the record.Really disappointed.

Pat was cool and attentive!Dining area/washroom: cleanliness of the restaurant is well maintained. Washroom doesn't have any foul odor and it was clean. Fully stocked of soap and paper tower / tissueFoods:Sangria: it was okay. Kewl presentationAsian Wonton Nachos with chicken: must try! Flavourful and crispy! Other options: shrimp topping.Hunter's Chicken: Chicken was tender and juicy; potatoes and mushroom-bit salty.Veggies: fresh quality.Pad Thai: Meh.. not as good as one from authentic Thai Restaurants.. maybe try to taste the (Twin fish thai cuisine) best pad thai in town, well for me.)Overall dining experience was great!

I love to go to jacks. It is the best food I ever had. But most importantly I love Jen ( waitress). She is so lovely. She is always in her high spirits. She is very attentive, and she would always check up on us. I would definitely visit next time. We need more people like her.

Food was great, Ange was a fantastic server. The truffle burger goes hard. Wonton nachos were a very cool Asian fusion appetizer.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I have to be honest. At first, our waitress was present, but after we ordered our main meals, it was hard to get her attention. My wife's curry dish was not cooked right. However, a different waitress came to the rescue. My youngest son's burger was cooked alright, but mine and my oldest sons burger was overcooked. The fries were ok. When it came to dessert, they were sold out of a lot of things, so my son and daughter sufficed for a cookie and the small brownie. The garlic bread was not served hot, and drink refills took too long to get. I truly hope they get their things together at this location.

Really enjoyed this Jack Astors location. Went with a massive group of about 15 people, and yet regardless the staff was still super great and brought the food in a timely manner. I wish they were more accommodating for larger groups, they split us up into 3 tables which was unfortunateRegardless, I ordered the Mexican Chicken Bowl, AMAZING. really really liked it. Most others at my table ordered burgers and I only heard good things... Jack Astors is a nice spot for good food with moderate prices. Give it a shot if you're looking for a great meal. One last note, order the nachos for the table, they are quite good. Great serving size too.

Amazing time at Jack Astor's for our Girl's Night! The food, music and overall ambiance was fantastic. I had the VODKA SODA FISH N’ CHIPS which was great and you must try the new cheesecake for dessert! This location is the place to be and our server Sara was amazing. Thank you Sara!
