Today I had a wonderful experience at this location when I went in to upgrade my phone. Prada who was the lovely associate who helped me get everything sorted out was beyond patient and accommodating and went above and beyond her way to ensure I was getting the best deal and the phone of my choice. Prada was very pleasant to interact with and knew what she was doing. One satisfied customer curtsey of one great representative!!

I was back and forth at this location trying to get a feature on my phone fixed through the one year warranty coverage. Even though external repairs consistently didn't fix my problem, the staff there were clear, knowledgeable, and upfront about the warranty process. It was easy to get a loaner phone while mine was gone. In general, they were competent and worked hard to make sure my problems were being addressed. Shout out to Arun who did pretty much everything at the end to get my phone fixed.

I received great customer service by Prada. She solved all my queries and as per the requirement she connected me with the best services and plan offered by freedom. Above all was informative and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.

Great service! I normally don't write reviews, but I was so pleased with how helpful and professional Prada was, that I decided to write my first google review. I've been with Freedom for years and have generally experienced sub par service, be it in store or via the phone. However, my recent trip to this store made me quite pleased. Prada was professional and great at explaining the details/options. She was also very patient with my elderly father, giving suggestions and feedback. Her commitment to customer service is commendable. This is how customer service once was, back in the 80s and to a lesser extent, the 90s. Sadly nowadays, one would be lucky to even get a hello (be it grocery stores or local shops). Hopefully, Freedom recognizes this star employee and gives her a promotion or raise : ) She certainly deserves it!

Worst costumer service I've ever experienced. They don't deserve even ONE star. Obviously cheap plan means cheaper service but with FREEDOM mobile you will get absolutely nothing for the money you have paid. I switched from another company to Freedom mobile and l'm really sick of their service, Every bill cycle there is an issue with the payments , network coverage is the worst and bleave or not yesterday I spent 5 hours going to their different locations and speaking on the phone to just get rid of the plan and I couldn't switch my phone number to previous company because they have nothing to do but ripping off the costumer. Be aware of this store and this company.

This Freedom Mobile location has the best service I've ever had I my life. I have never seen another company more dedicated to having positive customer experiences and outcomes. The staff are so kind, patient, and caring. They really work with you to ensure the best experience. I would highly recommend this location for any of your Freedom Mobile needs. :)

We had an amazing experience at this location couple days ago. We went in for an phone upgrade and Nianjan was extremely helpful. We called this location in advance to see if they had iPhone 14 in stock, and Nianjan confirmed with us they do have it in stock. When we arrived, Nianjan was very friendly and professional. The whole process was quick and smooth.I also wanted to get another phone for my dad; however, the store don't have the one I was looking for in stock. Nianjan recommended me another Samsung phone with similar features instead, and I end up getting that phone as well.Definitely will come back to this location in the future.

Convenient location and friendly staff. The supervisor of the store, Daniel, is The person you want to speak to. He’s knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely cares for the satisfaction of the customers. He signed me up for an iPhone plan and reviewed the warranty/insurance policy thoroughly without coming across as a hard sell. He was able to answer all my questions which were previously ignored by other customer service staff. I highly recommend this location for anyone who’s looking for a highly personalized experience.

Freedom mobile might possibly have the worst customer service around, spent an hour and a half on the phone with them trying to upgrade my plan and device just to be told I had to go in store. When I called the this location to let them know I would be coming in I was told I would get a call back which I waited over half an hour for and did not receive. I then proceeded to go into the store where the representative at this location named Brar gave me close to no help and was told to go to another location.I had asked her if the other location was opened as I googled searched to see the hours of operation and she had confirmed to me that the location is open and would be able to help me out. I proceeded to the next freedom store which to my demise was closed. Worst company hands down, when I had called again to explain my situation I was given close to nothing for compensation. I switched service providers that day.

They were helpful and knowledgeable. I did not pass the credit check for a new plan (which i knew already) but they discussed other options with me and weren't rude about it like some places are, I just paid a deposit for my plan instead. Porting my number over & setting up my new (bring your own phone) was easy. They were organized.I would return if I needed service. The outlet at Dufferin Mall sucks balls, this location is a lot better.
