Going through renovations during stay but very accommodating and outstanding customer service from Jennifer!

The Sunset Inn & Suites are both horrible hotels. The night front desk clerk at the Suites verbally attacked (silent racism) my friend for no reason of his own and racially profiled him. All of the rooms are outdated, something is always wrong in the buildings. My uncle (Métis) who was going up to visit family from Montreal had to put $500 damage deposit that he’s never received at the end of his stay. I have read and heard stories of peoples valuables going missing and some being banned for going forward with theft amongst the staff.. I had a hard time getting my luggage from them once and a friends cell phone went missing. Luckily she had the camera set up that takes a picture of who is trying to access it. And can you guess who it was? MANAGEMENT/OWNER. They’re a bunch of thieves..

Bhavini, the lady at the front desk, was very pleasant. She always made me and my co-workers feel at home. Great service.

Great place to stay. The morning lady desk clerk is super nice. I've never met anyone like her. She's very respectful, friendly, always smiling and welcoming. She made sure every morning we got the breakfast that we wanted, even if they didn't had. She would ordered it just for us to ate whatever we wanted for breakfast. I actually thought she was the owner of the hotel

The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Bhavini at the front desk she always greets you with a smile and a positive attitude good job.Considering the hotel was flooded last year and ruined 90% of the rooms. They are still open for business on the second floor and they are doing an amazing job.

Bhavini was very supportive and very courteous. She was very helpful in a number of things that I needed from the front desk. Breakfast is great don’t need to step if not necessary.
