Great orthodontic cabinet. They explain everything they are going to do and why. They are very thorough with the examination before you start wearing braces so they get it right the first time.Be careful since it isnt reimbursed by most insurance policies so it will cost you a pretty penny to have a nice smile but in the end its worth it.I had crooked teeth during all of my childhood and they patched me up much better than I expected.They offer follow up visits and support.The dentist in the same building is very good too so this could be your one stop shop for anything teeth related.Bonus points for making you laugh and making fun of french dentists with their prehistoric practices"."

Honestly, I am just very disappointed. I had gotten braces in grade 6 which was in 2007. Obviously, I did not know better but nor did my parents as we trusted Dr Tellier. 4 of my cousins had also gone to see Dr Tellier however when they were older. Luckily, I only had them for about 14 months so starting high school I had a perfect smile. Unfortunately, now in 2022 I realized my teeth had moved and shifted gaps start to form which bothered me so much because I was so proud of my perfect smile.I decided to ask some friends who had gotten them mid high school to see if their teeth had shift after the 4th person, I asked they all said no. Finally, I make an appointment to see what’s up and after taking photos, x-rays etc. and let’s not forget 96 dollars later they tell me “yea they moved” Obviously……..thanks for wasting my time and money. I just to tell me yeah $6500 for Invisalign.They asked me if I still wear my retainer form 2008… what a joke. The Dr then tells me my wire in back of my teeth is the “old style” but if I was a customer why wouldn’t you call me in to replace it. My parents already spent 7 grand in 2007 obviously charge me to replace it but tell me. what do I know?All this to say, I told myself to shop around a little as some friends who hadn’t gotten braces as teen now have Invisalign for around the same price as my parents paid in 2007. Dr Nguyen office calls me “Hey do you want to go through with Invisalign. MY APPOINTMENT WAS NOVEMBER 26th LOL.I guess they are tight for money… parents who read this. Wait till the first half of high school when all the other kids get braces so they can last past there 20s. Shop around. and avoid this place!

Highly recommend Dr Tellier and Dre Nguyen. I was an adult patient and when my son needed an orthodontic treatment, I only wanted the best techniques and treatment for him, therefore he became a patient of Dr Tellier. Clear explanations were provided upfront and throughout both our treatments and excellent follow-ups are done on a regular basis. With the technique used by Dr Tellier, it is worth pointing out that treatments are shorter, with a longer time interval between appointments and definitively less painful!!!

Je suis allé rencontrer la Dre.Nguyen ce midi. Elle est extrêmement chaleureuse et a très bien compris ce que je désirais. Je décidé d'entreprendre mon traitement d'aligneurs (empreintes Scan) tout de suite après la consultation car sa compétence est facile à constater et elle mets vraiment l'emphase sur le patient. J'ai vraiment hâte de commencer mon traitement dans 1 mois. Son équipe est très compréhensive et accueillante aussi.

Le travail initial était assez bien fait, même si la qualité du service était très variable. Services chers. Ils ne nous tenaient pas bien au courant de la progression du traitement, par exemple j'ai réalisé que c'était fini quand j'ai compris qu'ils étaient en train de m'arracher les broches. De plus, plusieurs de ses clients étaient quelque peu mal à l'aise face à lui.Le plus grand problème fut vraiment le suivi: j'ai eu un appareil après les broches, mais environ 5 mois après je l'ai échappé et il s'est cassé. Il a tenté de le réparer mais sans succès, et comme il n'avait pas envie de m'en faire un autre, il m'a dit que je n'en avais plus besoin. Je l'ignorais à l'époque, mais demandez à n'importe qui dans le domaine et ils vous diront que c'était tout à fait inapproprié comme décision clinique. Résultat, mes dents à présent on bougé énormément, c'est inconfortable, et mon fil se décolle régulièrement car les dents du haut ont bougé vers l'avant et mes dents du bas appuient dessus.Ils avaient dit lorsque nous avions fait affaire avec eux que le service était garanti à vie mais c'était faux, on m'a ri au nez quand je leur ai rappelé.Il a une nouvelle collègue qui est apparemment bien, je ne saurais vous dire si c'est vrai, mais je ne recommande pas Dr Tellier. Il prend sa retraite bientôt de toute façon.

Very bad bedside maners and very unhelpfull in explaining procedure's any dishonest wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Overall Dr. Tellier Yves and his staff were professional, spoke both english and french fluently, and were very accomodating. I had come here to get a replacement for my broken retainers and they offered the cheapest alternative I could find. The process was quick and smooth and I would definitely come back need be.
