On Trend

It’s a nice shop but the return policy is terrible. It seems unfair to not issue refunds (money returned) for online orders. I went in store to pick up my order and tried it on and I didn’t like it. I was told I couldn’t get a refund and had to exchange it for something else I didn’t really love. The return policy online is a bit deceiving and carefully worded to trick people… only at the very bottom does it say exchange or store credit only. This should be the first thing noted in the policy. This was my first time at the store and I definitely will not be returning.

I do love this shops style & clothing. I’ve ordered from here a few times but unfortunately had a bad customer service experience with the recent sale. I ordered a free people jacket as a *gift* which is regularly $250. This jacket came with zero tags and was full of lint. How am I suppose to gift a jacket that is most importantly without tags. I was told I could not return because it was on sale. Understandable but without tags is very unprofessional. Be weary when ordering.- to your reply. - what I said I understood is it not being worn as it gets tried on. I am just upset about the return policy on an item missing tags, which you mentioned nothing about.

Girl working over there was super nice and sweet, i had few questions she went above and beyond to help me out the best . i lovedddddd all of the clothess and i would give more stars if possible ✨✨❤️❤️❤️ beautiful collection

Love this store! So many great styles and accessories. The staff is super helpful and very friendly and kind! On a couple occasions when they had sold out of something I was looking for, Arianna made every effort to get it in! They carry unique brands and statement pieces, but also all the basics. Definitely check it out if you're looking for great style for yourself, or a gift for someone else.

On Trend is an amazing store filled with a variety of cute and trendy clothes. A friendly environment and they always have everything you're looking for! Whether formal or casual they got you covered from head to toe!

Every experience I have had at On Trend in Norwich has been amazing! I love the clothes for my entire family. The customer service has been excellent, they are easy to work with on exchanges and do everything to make sure I have been satisfied. Love the products, styles and love this store for small town, rural Ontario!

On Trend is one of my favourite places to shop! They have so many cute and unique pieces! The ‘come & go knit set’ I purchased is one of my favourites to date! And I love that I can shop for the whole family in one store :)
