Gilla is THE best! I have been to countless other estheticians in Ottawa, charging ALOT more than she does. Gilla makes waxing as close to enjoyable as it can be. I'm glad i found her, she's a very warm, caring person and her love for what she does is always evident.

My first and best sugaring experience !!Gilla is very warm, friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Her advice and recommendations are genuine as she wont just speak to sell.I have sensitive skin on my legs with a dash of KP skin, which completely vanished after she used her all natural home made sugar wax on my legs.

I went here thinking I would get just a simple Brazilian and left Gilla's with such an amazing experience. First Gilla is so professional and her studio is very clean. The wax she uses is also very clean. It's the on sticky type and makes the experience all that much better. She tells you like it is and the areas that will hurt more she gives you a fair warning. She's amazing!!! I was truly lucky to find this place. I moved to Ottawa and have been without an esthetician for a while. One experience with her and she is now officially my Ottawa esthetician and perhaps even a friend. She's so personable and sweet and will take the time for you. Gilla's Waxing is a clean, pristine, and well run business. The fact that I had not received a bikini wax before, I was a bit nervous. The professional waxologist at aesthetics by Gilla did an amazing job to help me to feel calm, safe, and trusting of the process. The results were amazing!
