Cons: Price too high for a small gym with limited equipment.Pros: Not too crowded so it's easy to work out.

Worked out here for a year and worked for a little bit, very toxic environment workwise. I was accused of many things i did not do, such as taking granola bars from manager and not cleaning various messes that were made while i was not working. Many of these accusations were held against me like grudges, and I was threatened with video surveillance because i had to put my feet up due to major back pain i’ve had for years, as well as simple mistakes such as not fully understanding Covid-19 rules that could’ve been corrected easily with a simple teaching rather than condescending threats and accusations. I worked to the best of my ability and did everything that was taught, but everything i did on the daily checklist every single shift was not enough for them. When the boss sent a rude and patronizing text to me because I did not respond to his threatening text on a busy weekday night for me, I decided minimum wage was not worth the way i was being treated and quit. They then decided to blame “maturity” for why I decided to leave, when their own attitudes and power trips caused everything to spiral out of hand. Almost filed a complaint to the Ministry of Labour but decided it was not worth the time and that this would be suffice. Bosses are meant to be supportive and understanding, not rude and condescending, and the texts and lies sent to me were jaw dropping, especially to a teenager. For 75$ a month, there are so many better options for gyms all across town. The equipment is also quite outdated, and with new facilities being built all over Victoria, there are much better options for cheaper gyms that treat people with respect. Treat employees how you would want to be treated if you were one

Very shady business practices. Don’t give them any of your money, paid for a membership and now I can’t even get access. Then they just “cancelled” my membership randomly yet still have a a charge on my credit card.

Had some of my best years working out there. Down to earth gym great owners and staff. Sad not to be there anymore. Hope to join when I return to town.

I used to love this gym been coming here for years but I think I have lost respect for it after what my mom experienced today. Usually me and my mom sometimes come into the gym an hour or a half before closing, and staff would always let us stay after hours to complete our workout. Never was their a problem with that. However today their was a new girl I think that worked there and my mom was about to finish up her workout a couple minutes after closing and the lady demanded she leave right now because she is not a 24 hour member, with 0 regard to my mothers workout. It’s already enough we are paying $60 a month for a gym so small, and my mom can’t even finish her workout. We will be switching to another gym. Management is giving themselves a bad reputation. Not to mention, they have horrible a communication with members. They’ve been shut down for a week and after they said they would reopen on the 1st they failed to and my key card no longer worked, and on the 2nd I still couldn’t enter the gym it was completely closed with no sign about what’s going on. Not the best place for people who want to stay on top of their work out routine.

Loved this gym when I lived in the neighbourhood. The staff and clientèle are mostly quiet people who just want to work out. Some of the equipment is old and it's not huge but the community is great.

Honestly, one of the worst gyms I have ever been too. The equipment is old, there is hardly anyone at the front desk ever. They do not ask to sign in, the one time I was asked to sign in to the gym the girl at the front told me to leave because my membership had expired. Yet my friend and another person who walked in after me were allowed in without having to sign in or anything. Their employees often disappear while I was working out there and you couldn't find anyone if you had a question. One of their employees would stand or sit on equipment while talking to members. They have a children karate there which is great but they let the children run wild in a small area with free weights everywhere and the kids would play with and mess up the weights and machines. I went there for about 6 months and will never go back. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Great gym with decent amenities. Staff are helpful and the environment is very relaxed.

Awesome place to work out. Owners are great and helpful.a gym regular folk can work out without being judged. Relaxed atmosphere and not only friendly staff but friendly people in gym. Love it there.
