DAVIDsTEA - Coquitlam Centre

Lovely staff and great selection of teas, store was in a disarray due to holiday ending. Could use more selection of mugs as a tea store. However staff were amazing in assisting me find a herbal tea that satisfied my crazings!

I love this place. Their tea is fresh and my absolute fave!! I always get myself a tin and have it every morning. In-store service is great as well! I never have to wait long and I'm always greeted with a great attitude. Their products are always amazing quality too.

Just the day before Valentine's Day went in and picked up the ore packed bag of mother's little helper tea. Was talking to the girl about why isn't chocolate covered strawberry tea wasn't out to sample. I stepped slightly off the flood tile to the mall tile..she told excuse me I'll have to ask you to put that bag down! I was floored..I shop there lots as I workout in the area twice a week. I put the bag back telling her your not getting business from me!! She said sorry but not sincerely and after walked out to me trying to suck up with a free tea. She's tall right red head with glasses. I used to get great service there and not being fingered like I'm going to steal something. What happened??

This is deffinatly one of the better David's teas I have been too. Lots of staff who are knowledgeable and can help u pick a tea out of what feels like a million choices. There mugs and bottles are of high quality. Tea is reasonably priced the accessories mugs and bottles are kinda expensive.

I love David’s tea, but the staff of this branch were terrible. I arrived and not even a hello. One was serving a customer, the second one was talking to a friend. A second customer arrived and she was served by staff without even checking who arrived first, without even saying hello. I have never seen this lack of customer service at a David’s tea before.

I visit this location often to refill my matcha and every time I leave I am smiling more than when I first arrived. The staff at this location are always warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Big thanks to all the stars at this branch!

I absolutely love this company! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they have so many fantastic teas, whether you like green, black, white, oolong, or herbal, there is most definitely something here for you! I have a hard time going to the mall without going in and I usually come out with at least a hot tea, if not more!

Okay so I love tea, I mean all things tea. Davids tea is the place for tea fanatics, but not only for fanatics but for those who expect HIGH quality tea. So yes, its expensive, but worth it. My favorites are the Green teas, which are phenomenally high quality. The Sencha Green tea and Macha are amazing!its open pretty late too since its in Coquitlam Centre Mall. I kind of got started by receiving a free tea coupon from a co-worker and haven't turned back since!

Beware pricing scam! They post one price above products and charge you another. I regret completing the transaction but in busy Christmas shopping I didn't notice until too late. It's disgusting to me that they would intentionally mislead customers.After purchase I walked around and checked for other misleading prices posted, this is not isolated to just the photo attached.However +1 since the staff were nice and I’m sure they’re just doing their best, not in control of the signage.
