Ce fut une très belle expérience comme patient. très bon accueil, équipe sympathique, service professionnel de haut de gamme, et surtout attention spécial de Lily(dentiste) zéro douleurs malgré la réparation d'une dent très mal en point. Everyone treats me as though I am a personal friend. Love these guys..They are all kind and interested in my total health. The front desk is always nice and friendly and so helpful! Dr.Lily Panaite is simply the best dentist! Very gentle, explains what she is doing, ensures that I am comfortable. It is very clear that they care about their patients. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a quality dental experience!

J’y vais depuis très longtemps et j’ai toujours reçu un service hors paire avec la dentiste Lily et toute son équipe. Je suis toujours ressorti le sourire aux lèvres (littéralement) ! Belle clinique, remplie de belles personnes! Si vous avez une clinique où aller, je vous recommande d’aller ici, sans aucun doute !

This is my regular dentist. I called on a Friday at around 3:30-4:00pm with a terrible tooth ache. The secretary told me he was going on Vacation and was not taking any more patients until his return in a weeks time. I told them it was an Emergency and it would probably take only 15 minutes of his time. He REFUSED to see me. I went to bed on Friday crying from the pain in my mouth. What kind of a Dentist is this Heartless!! The least I would expect is a reference number so that I can deal with my emergency and not just be turned away with no solution.They gave me an appointment with his replacement and told me to wait until Monday to see them. I got thereon Monday and politely asked if this replacement spoke English. The secretary should be FIRED since she looked at me and said your FRENCH is very good". What did this have to do with anything. As a professional she should not have said anything regarding

The main problem with this dentist , is the service at the front desk. Some of the staff are rude.They also phone you endlessly to take follow-up appointments whether it's for you or a family member who's number they have already. They are disrespectful when there is a problem . The other day I saw one of the secretaries shout at a client in front of everyone . She was ordering him to pay the balance on a bill,that he was having difficulty paying evidently. Surely she could have worked this issue out with discretion...?No one likes going to the dentist ,especially to get shouted at & humiliated?A clinic must not talk down to clients in front of other clients.They mustn't phone endlessly one family member to get another family member to consult. .The gossiping about clients behind the counter is not great to listen to.I stayed at this clinic because its an inconvenience to shop around for a new dentist & hygienist.Its unfortunate that even though this dentist & their hygienists do a competent enough job with clients, most of the time you are dealing with their secretaries on the front line and one in particular gets a one star only.There is no need to identify myself further outside of this user name as the dentist will be well aware of what I am referring to..The responsibility is on the boss, the Dentist, to assure that his/her staff on the front lines conduct themselves professionally ,thank you.

Very pleasant environment , receptionists are friendly, helpful and professional.Dentists and assistants are very informative, professional and make you feel so comfortable.Im always welcomed with a smile and feels like I'm among friends as soon as i walk in..Highly recommend.

Super clinique! Les employés sont chaleureux, aimables et professionnels. Je n’ai jamais reçu un aussi bon service et ils sont toujours joviales et à l’écoute. J’y vais depuis que je suis jeune et je n’ai jamais eu aucun inconvénient. J’ai toujours reçu un service impeccable! Je n’ai rien à dire d’autre que du positif. Je recommande sans hésiter !
