I had to replace the ground screw on my electric panel but didn't know which screw I needed and these guys went out of their way and went through all the inventory in the back to find me the right one and ended up giving it to me for free! I appreciate the service and patience they had with me.

Went in today to purchase G9 base light bulbs for my bathroom fixture. Distribution from big box retailers very slow because of Covid crisis. Was in and out in no time. I got great service and the price was good. A gem, right here in Scarborough!

I've been ordering my electrical supplies from the wiring mart for six years now.On more then one occasion the part I was looking for was no longer made, or was not available, the employees of the wiring mart went above and beyond to find it, explained in detail the prices or alternatives as well as time it would take to receive it.They have given guidance while purchasing unfamiliar products both at the time, and by phone.I want you to know how pleased I am with the outstanding service you have provided over the past six years in delivering high-quality products and service. Your staff has consistently gone the extra mile to help me complete my projects in a timely manner.The prices have always been competitive and fair. All the products are as expected. Deliveries are made punctually.I have always recommended the wiring mart to everyone looking for electrical hardware, and will continue to order my electrical equipment at the wiring mart in the foreseeable future.

Fantastic experience there. I needed 40 feet of a fairly specialized wire (2 conductor x 18 gauge in black). They had it for a reasonable price. Also had a huge selection of other wires and cables and other electrical gear.I also appreciated that they were friendly to me, a retail walk-in customer. Some of these places are kind of jerks unless you’re clearly a pro tradesman.Basically A+ would shop there again.

Just compared invoices between the Wiring Mart and O'Neil Electrical supply 10 m away, same materials 3 TIMES more expensive...WOW. I wont even mention the look I got when asked about their return policy lol, never an issue with O'Neil. It was great doing business with you.

Prices are great. These guys do not rush me when I come in on a mission to build/design. They help me solve problems by showing me various materials for whatever electrical project I'm working on. Prices are competitive and they sell a lot of wire by the metre which is convenient if you don't need a lot. I Would highly recommend because of quality customer service, patience at the service counter, and knowledge of products available.

Thought I'd support an independent retailer rather than a big box store - what a mistake. Brought the piece I needed parts for into the store and was still given the wrong part. I had already researched what I needed on the internet, but wanted to be sure. I had actually requested the correct part - but the guy behind the desk condescended and sold me the wrong part. When I returned an hour later (after wasting more time driving back), another guy behind the desk with a really bad attitude had the nerve to charge me a restocking fee to exchange the part. Never again.

The Wiring Mart staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were able to answer my questions and provide valuable advice to meet my needs. Most importantly, they stand behind the quality of their products. I will be returning and would strongly recommend to others.
