It’s a nice place if you love some scented and beautiful goodies inside your home. I tried scented candles and I must say it just brings a great ambiance in my room. I love their Cherry Blossom and Frozen Pear the most! ❤️

The service was great when i was purchasing, however i had bought a body oil spray from them and the cap broke almost immediately. I had gone inside to ask for a replacement as I had just opened it and the cap was loose and fell off (defective) but they stated there was nothing they could do. Quite weird as I had only bought it a few days before. Super nice when i was buying but horrible service when i had explained to them about the defect product.

QUEENY will treat you like a queen when you enter this store. This feedback was not requested but rarely do you ever ask a person working at a store if they require one but I couldn't help it. I walked into the store looking for a gift for a loved one when I was first greeted by Queeny asking me how she could help. Once I said that she looked at me and said I know exactly what you need" This whole process took literally 2 minutes between walking into the store and getting what I was looking for. Went to the Scarborough location because heard about it’s products from a friend and from instagram as well…. To my surprise the representative Ms Quinnie was really helpful, she suggested all the best options as per my needs and would go above and beyond to help in anway she can. Very nice experience besides that the products are worth the price would totally recommend it to my friends and family.

I went in because it looked cute and I am looking for skincare products. However I don’t appreciate the pushy sales lady who wouldn’t let me breathe let alone browse the store in peace. I ended up leaving with nothing because she wouldn’t leave me alone.

Went here with a friend because the store looked so cute and we didn't regret it at all! Got very nice products for a good price. The sales were very good and worth the expense. The salesperson, Alina was absolutely amazing and recommended great products to us. Her customer service was outstanding!! We will definitely be back.

I walked in the store looking for a mother's day gift. Two cashier at the counter just looked at me and didn't even say hello. BTW the store was empty. As I was browsing another customer (Asian ) walked in the store and she was treated like royalty. After I saw that I left everything and walked out of the store. I will never step another foot in your store because I felt both of your Asian cashier were racist because I was brown! I have never been treated like that in my entire life and I would never treat or ignore certain customers that walk in my store. Advice your cashier that everyone should be treated equally that walks in your store if you want your business to succeed!
