I had a great time at downtown Ford. I walked in (without calling first) and was helped almost right away. Marco was able to get the car I wanted to the dealership in less that 30 mins, and I was able to take it for a test drive right away.I felt that it was very low-pressure sales tactics, and I never felt uncomfortable or pushed into anything. They were upfront about pricing right away, and even was able to quote me the exact price on the spot if I wanted to buy it later.I put down a depost two days later and I drove away approx 6 days after my first meeting (it only took this long becasue my work schedule). I love my little ecosport and I am so happy with the process. They made it super straightforward and answered all my questions and messages promptly.Overall great work to the while team, and special thanks to Marco for all the help!! I will definitely recommend it to everyone!

This is for everyone who try to store their tires in their storage. THEY WILL LOSE YOUR TIRE. I swapped and stored 5 tires at Downtown Ford (4 tires + 1 spare tire) of my Mustang, all good till I had to pick them up. Got home and realize that they didn't give my back my spare tire. Spare tire trunk was empty. Service manager Sam Diab didn't seem to be helping me find the tire but to emphasized that there were only 4 tires documented when I stored them in, and as long as I have the mobility kit, that means that my car is from factory, means that factory vehicle has no spare tire. (Whats the logic????) I'd love to give 0 star if I want and I just want my tire back. Everybody, please look out. Don't store the tires with them.

My partner bought a new 2023 maverick. Worst service. This never happened to me with Audi or Subaru. They go back on their word with deliverables. Charged more than what I was quoted for service. They don’t take ownership for their mistakes and the customer has to eat it. Go to another dealership. I also emailed and called the dealership 4 times with no replies. As a business owner, this is just terrible terrible customer service.

Dealing with downtown ford was fantastic, great staff. Super friendly and easy to work with. Marco was a star and got me into my dream vehicle in no time. Best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. I love my new Bronco

I had my Mustang serviced there, these guys are in the business of replacing every possible part of your vehicle while it is still on warranty as they probably make money directly from Ford, they are not capable of any proper diagnostics.My car had a low pitch noise when going in reverse, so I brought it in, they did not find it. I brought it again, this time they found it - rear axle, waited for the parts and they replaced it. When I picked up the car it literally did not sound the same, the noise was muffled, so I brought it back they heard it and said it was muffler fault. Waited for 4 months for replacement, they replaced entire muffler reported no issue, but the sound never came back. Also, while I was waiting for the muffler the original problem came back, of course they found another issue and changed yet another part to no avail. So in the end, I had the original problem plus they screwed the car sound.And, somewhere in between doing regular maintainance I also reported cracking noise and vibration in break pedal when turning left at slow speeds <20km, they came back with a report saying about typewriter noise which is obviously there and every GT has it. I brought the car back and pushed them, so we listened the recording (apparently they do record car sound for this kind of things) the mechanic literally just recorded the engine sound with the typewritter noise , he probably did not even take it out for a ride and tried reproducing the issue.There was another minor issue that they also fixed"

Great experience at Downtown Ford. Staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. Rohan, Henry and Marco are amazing personalities who helped us a lot and made our experience so memorable. I will highly recommend Downtown Ford and will like to see these three amazing persons over there.

Had a great experience with Vayia yesterday. Even though I dropped by without an appointment, they were very accommodating and took care of my vehicle right away. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes and was thrilled to see they even washed my car on top of the service I needed done. Thanks for the friendly service.

Service department has always been top notch, Brian and his team looked after my first Mustang with care, and were always responsive and attentive, going so far as to join me for test-drives when trying to diagnose issues with the car.Marco in the sales department was a pleasure to work with too.When it was time to trade in my Mustang, I got better than expected trade value for it, and he helped facilitate a deal to bring me a new Mach 1. The delivery of the car ended up being significantly delayed though, and responsiveness during that period could be improved.Overall, a good experience at both sales and service here. Would use them again.

I reached out to Downtown Ford for a Mustang that I wanted . Service was good till this point. They asked for a deposit which I gladly supplied . Changed my mind due personal financial changes . Nothing was signed at this point and asked for my deposit to be returned . It seems I was asking for the moon and the stars . I, and members of my family called and always was transferred to a voicemail. They seemed too busy to take my call . Imagine if you need them !!! My advice is that if you are looking for a Ford/Lincoln choose any other dealership - you can thank me later .

The Downtown Ford staff are some of the nicest, and most honest, people that I have ever met. Marco really helped me out when I was in a bind and needed a reliable truck quick. I ended up with a truck well beyond my expectations and could not be happier with the whole experience.
