I just want to share my overwhelming satisfaction with this organization. Every employee that I've dealt with has been empathetic and kind towards my family. When one is forced to partake in a cleaning service after a fire or floor, they are often emotionally fragile. The wonderful folks at F&F patiently answer questions and offer reassurances to the client. Further, my basement (which endured a flood) is now sanitized and squeaky clean. I am so happy with the quality of the service that was provided. I've worked with contractors in the past who did not live up to my expectations...so it was just great to have my expectations exceeded on this occasion.

He was professional and took the time to explain what he was analyzing and the impact his findings could have on our home. We felt confident hiring Flood & Fire Solutions, Inc. to handle the water mitigation.Kyle and his co-worker were terrific as they took the steps necessary to protect our floors from any damage moving the equipment into place may have caused. We have an exuberant young dog and Kyle was outstanding with her even getting down to her level so she felt safe, too. The work in our home was done well.Kyle's assistance did not end with the in-home service. Kyle put in a lot of time and effort working with our home-owner's insurance company. Had a pipe burst in my basement, made a call to them that morning and they were out working before lunch. They fixed the leak, cleaned, sanitized and aired out my basement. They worked with my insurance company at very little personal cost, everyone was kind and professional. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, what I thought was a massive problem they fixed in a day.

Flood and Fire Solutions sent a worker out within a half hour and found small clog which was resolved in fifteen minutes.
