Terrible customer support. I've been trying for months to purchase replacement cushions for a patio set, but nobody responds to either voice messages or emails. I wouldn't recommend, they don't seem to stand behind their products and are completely non-responsive when I'm trying to purchase more products from them.

Be very careful! First on-line review I have ever written but I feel we were taken and don't want you to be. Were up-sold, by the owner Andrew (who wouldn't call us back), based on a quick dry outdoor cushion, spent $2000 extra, didn't get it in writing as we thought it was standard with the model. After payment in full and receipt of goods were told that it was an option and we misunderstood. Also told after that zippers on a $4000 outdoor couch were optional - forgot to tell us that too (and we can't open them to see what kind of cushions we got....or easily replace the foam in the future). List goes on...told 3-4 weeks delivery when we bought, when we followed up said they told us 4-6 weeks. Feel like I need a shower. If you do choose to do business with them, get everything in writing - type of cushions, fabric and even zippers! We are long time UpCountry customers and thought there was an association as stores are connected but I understand this is not the case. Our big mistake!

Inadequate shipping packaging strength.Non-existent online/e-mail reply customer service.Quality products in not damaged from shipping.Bough a stainless steel umbrella base made by Cana-Foam from Costco. It was shipped with damaged parts inside. Contacted the manufacturer by e-mail to send replacement parts. Never got back to us. Poor or non-existent customer service!!! Good products if you are lucky, if delivered without damage.

Great customer service and the quality of the products are excellent. The added value is they make products in Canada so they can recover older furniture purchased there right in their warehouse.

Excellent product. I purchased a full patio set in 1998. It is now 2022 and I am still using it. I am just replacing the sling seat covers now.

Furniture delivered on time, wrapped well. Seems like quality -uses quality materials, but only time will tell. There seemed to be a problem with the fire pit; service came out a week later to resolve the issue. Works fine.

Not what it used to be. Disappointing.
