Amazing service! Love love love my nails! They are the best in town! Couldn’t ask for better quality or friendly service! Went in with a photo - Hana (the owner) said she couldn’t do the exact design as it was a sticker but she’d try to match. She didn’t match, she did 10000x better than the photo. First time I’ve had nails last more than a week too! First time I’ve had to go back for a fill because I still had all 10 nails! Just fabulous!

Really poor shellac job done. They didn’t give me a discount for these dots on multiple nails and couldn’t fix it.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. My wife went there and they hurt her toe, that night it swelled up and became infected.(All of her nails were chipping right away as well.) She called the next day and they said to come back and show them and that they would give her a refund. I took her after work and they started telling her to come sit down and they would fix the nails. She said that she didn't have the time and quite frankly didn't want them to work on her hands or feet again. They immediately started yelling at her and telling her it's her fault they chipped and that they aren't going to give her money back. She asked to speak to a manager or owner and they called the owner" on their phone and handed it to my wife. My wife spoke with the "owner" for a few minutes only to find out that it was not the owner. It was another client of theirs. They continued to yell at my wife and I so we ended up just leaving because they weren't listening to us and repeatedly kept telling her to sit down and they will fix it. We said we didn't trust them and just wanted our money back(like they said they would do on the phone). All in all a terrible experience. Terrible service

I came here with my wife to get pedicures and my wife to get a full set of nails.Pedicure was great, complete with lower leg massage. The place was very clean.I turned up with no appointment and they took me alongside my wife's appointment so we could get pedicures at the same time.Massage chairs were perfect and now I've just been handed a bottle of water, fantastic job guys.

I have been a client since July 2009, through two owners and usually love the people who do the pedicures this time not so much. :(Well I went for my pedicure! First water was cold, then when she put something on I told her it made me itchy she continued, then She burnt me with a stone! Finally onto paint my toes and didn’t do an awesome job one toe had extra paint and the other toe has hair on it! I’m sitting in chair waiting for toes to dry. Have never had this person so not happy

A huge disappointment - sadly I won't ever be going back here again. I've gone here so many times for a pedicure and always left pleased. Yesterday I went in for a hands and feet and well today I have shellac chipping already. Poor job was done and even in the middle of doing my nails - I could see I wasn't satisfied with the work. The owner is nice greets you with water and a hot stone massage for the pedicure (she's also the better one at doing nails) but disappointed me this time with the quality of work.

1 star! This was my first time at this nail salon, I heard good reviews until I went in with my friend, I got my nails done same with my friend which was poorly done. The shape of our nails amazing but the paint job is iffy especially on my friends, as-well the lady who did my nails was so ruff and kept getting up walking around without finishing my nails, I showed the design And she said she could do it but then she couldn’t and told me my finger was to small, but then another tech could do it. As a costumer it felt like I didn’t have a say in how I wanted my nails to be.

Great nail salon! I had a shellac mani/ pedi earlier this week. The staff were friendly and provided a great experience. I really enjoyed the hot stone massage with my pedi. I highly recommend if you live in the area or are visiting Wasaga Beach.

A last minute visit . Needed 4 nails repaired and lengthened for an event. Ryan fit me in and he gave me attention to detail! I dont normally have nail extensions and only needed 4. He sculpted them perfectly to blend with my own and told me to be careful as they are thinner than normal. Great conversation and quick and superb service
