We first had Luke in to provide a consultation for a new floor in our front foyer. Luke was on time and provided a detailed quote and a timeline of when we could expect the work to be completed. The work was completed as scheduled and we are very pleased with the end result. Luke was prompt and the workspace was cleaned after each visit. He was professional and courteous throughout.We then discussed a second (very large) project with him to have a large covered timber porch constructed over our patio. This included a new window and garden doors to the rear yard. Once again the work was completed on time as promised and to our exact specifications. He is a perfectionist and is easy to work with. Unfortunately my wife now has a few other projects she would like him to do...(all in good time). I would highly recommend Kerr Building Solutions for your next home improvement project.

Luke from Kerr Building Solutions refurbished our barn. This included the installation of a new upstairs floor, which has proven to be durable and the work quality is five stars. He pays very close attention to details. Highly recommend.

Kerr Building Solutions made every step of our home renovation a breeze. We bought our first home which required a full main floor demolition and remodel, including the removal of a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and living room. KBS replaced the load-bearing wall with a structural beam and accented it with incredible 100+ year old barn boards and posts to create the rustic feel we were trying to achieve. Despite the challenges of labour and supply shortages in the building industry as well as working with our tight time frame and budget, we were still able to feel stress free the entire time. I felt KBS understood and genuinely cared about us and our home. Luke held every part of our new home to the same high standard he would have for his own and always gave us straight forward and honest answers to our questions. We’re already planning on having them return for our basement renovation and I know when we reach our goal of building our dream home, Kerr Building Solutions will be our first and only call.
