Great selection of products for almost any type of craft project you can think of! (I'm learning how to tie dye for the first time!!) Staff isn't overly helpful, (my experience), otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

I visited this store on Tuesday, June 29th and spent at least 3 hours there!!! This was my second visit to the store. Because the location on Yonge and Empress closed down, I now have to go to this location to shop. They had a very well organized and clean store. Most items were in stock. Salespeople were nice and helpful. The Cashier who checked me out was nice too. All around a positive and great experience.

Very organized store and super clean. It’s never busy which I absolutely love. It’s quite huge and a little difficult to find an item if you’re in a rush BUT the staff are so knowledgeable, they just know where everything is precisely. Also, it is wheelchair accessible.

In the confectionery section, the equipment is not complete and I always face problems. For example, today I wanted a plastic container with a lid to deliver my cake, but you did not have it.

While the selection for crafts and artwork is quite appreciable, I couldn't find the beads that I needed, even after looking for over half an hour. And there was not a single soul to be found on the floor to help. Finally, when we found someone, she went over and above to help us out. So one of the stars is for her and the other one is for the variety.

Everytime I've been to this location I have had excellent customer service. But I really wanted to highlight the team in the custom framing department. Luis (and another gentleman - glasses, whose name I don't know, sorry!) were so kind, patient, informed, and incredibly helpful. It was just a pleasure having them help me with my first custom frame purchase. Because of them I would recommend this location a thousand times over. Sounds dramatic but they really touched my heart with their warmth and kindness.

Really spacious and has everything you could possible need in the arts & crafts realm! Managed to snag glitter glue for a discounted price (more than 50% off!) and some pastel plastic strings which I’ll use to make keychains that remind me of my childhood.Tip: check their online website (make sure you’re on the Canadian domain) and find a coupon you can use at the cashier! I used a 30% off 1 regular price item code, but I’ve definitely also seen 40%.The girl working the front cash was so sweet! But she was the only one at cash, so perhaps you can get more people up at cash to alleviate the stress for the staff.

I normally go to get baking and crafting items. They are farily well stocked. The prices are higher now than before. I went when the sale was on.
