Our 2 1/2 year old German Sheppard has been attending The Playpen since she was a puppy! She gets so excited when she knows she's going to see her friends!! Thank you James, Diana and all the staff for taking such great care of her!! She's looking forward to her 1 week stay in a couple of weeks

Playpen Pet Boarding & Grooming
Great pet boarding and grooming. We have 2 dogs; a 2 yo Golden Retriever and a 1 yo Lab. Both high energy. 1 yo isn't spayed yet so it's hard to find a place that will take her. They seem to love it and are always up for a good rest when we pick them up. Communication is always great and price is reasonable. We will certainly use them again and recommend them.

Girls are great at the front, let me take rebel right into the area and had me at ease with their knowledge and experience....she seems well taken care of when picked up and no issues. I have taken my other dog there prior and no issues then. Would love to see a camera out in playground to check in once in awhile.

So I wanted to do a review but I wasn’t sure what to write, until I went to drop off Odin for the second time. He lost his mind with excitement when he realized where he was, which isn’t like him, he is so attached to me but he must have had a lot of fun because all he wanted to do was go with one of the girls and get with the other puppies in back.The staff are extremely friendly and the rates are very reasonable. Odin and I highly recommend this Daycare, lol.

I took my puppy Findlay to the playpen for the first time at the beginning of February on the recommendation of my friend. I was apprehensive to leave him somewhere but he had the absolute best time! He went for 3 days while I was working in Cranbrook and the PlayPen is extremely accommodating with drop off and pick up and Findlay just loves the staff. I took him back for a half day recently when I was in the area for meetings and he was thrilled to see his favourite staff member as soon as he walked in the door! I feel comfortable leaving him there and I know he is getting the best care possible when I am busy working!

One of my 2 dogs that were being boarded for a few days had a medical emergency while I was away. Emergency treatment and communications were dealt with immediately. Playpen was very compassionate and professional to myself and the dogs. I highly recommend this facility.

I was initially concerned about leaving my elderly cat, Delilah, for a week. However when I called every few days to check on her I felt completely reassured that she was getting the best of care. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and clearly animal lovers. I would highly recommend Playpen!

The staff at playpen are friendly and welcome my critter with open arms. It is convenient to be able to have a groom like nail trim while creature is in care. I may call and get an update and they provide a thorough report back. I was reunited with my critter today and purrs abound. Thanks Playpen for keeping him safe.

Super great experience for our first time using a kennel. Although our pups were excited to see us after a few night stay, they were happy staying at the Playpen.
