AMAZING!! Really like the service in this store. All the staff has been friendly and courteous in every visit. I really like that the store has always been perfectly clean and all the equipment in brand new. Would definitely recommend! Great service!

Water Depot Innisfil
We used to go to another water place which was far and had odd hours, so we were looking for a place closer to home. When we discovered the Water Depot in Innisfil we were so impressed by the cleanliness of the store, the kindness of the staff (always welcoming you with a smiley face and a great chat). We couldn't ask for a better place, they fill up your bottles and bring them to your car and we got lots of them. I highly recommend this place.

Love that Innisfil now has a water depot and I don't have to drive into Barrie, extremely helpful and friendly staff, facility always immaculate, my favorite location

Water Depot Innisfil
Very disappointed. Called for service call to fix water filter. Advised him we need to take it off for kitchen remodelling and we tried to connect but there is leak. Came twice to fix, took money, said all fixed, 15 min later leak is still there. Called store was send video of leak from joint. Was advised he had to pay the tech every time and if he sends him again he lose money. So i can book call again or do it myself.
