Excellent customer service from Deddy Geese at Hagens Travel in Maple Ridge. We stayed at Haven Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa for 10 nights in September 2021. Deddy organized a complimentary welcome bottle of champagne, macarons and roses for us in our hotel room when we arrived! Thank you Deddy!

March 2019 First off let me say we had a luxurious 5 star 14 day Myan Rivera Honeymoon. What we paid and what we got matched up perfect. My complaint was the impersonal service. Honestly it was our last 10,000$ of savings budgeted for our honeymoon. Deddy took every cent. He asked our budget and spent it. It felt like he could have asked you want 3 star and save some ? Or you sure you want 14 days ? Describe the experience to us .... Virgin Travelers for sure we are and naive to the industry all together. Would have been happy to spend 5000$ or 6000$ and stay less days and less luxury. We’re not those kind of people. Do your homework know what you want or Deddy will send you to the moon.

We contacted Deddy last November for an appointment to help us plan an expansive family holiday through Europe in the spring. When we met a few days later, Deddy asked us where we were from and why we couldn't find a travel agent closer to where we lived. We told him we went to him because he was highly recommended. During our entire conversation Teddy seemed disengaged and repeatedly complained about the downfall of the tourism industry. Regardless, he took all of our information and told us he'd be in touch soon. We never heard from him again.

1st Trip in Summer 2018 was to Cancun Mexico. Gave him less than 2 days notice to find us a family vacation. Deddy was fantastic to work with! This was our first trip to Europe and we were very confused with where to book, how to get around etc. Deddy took the time to get to know our interests and what we really valued in a vacation and proceeded to plan out the perfect holiday for us! Deddy took care of planning our trip through Spain and France. When our train was cancelled due to the unrest in France, Deddy managed to rearrange our transportation so that we arrived at our destination without any issues, even going to the extent of calling us at our hotel to make sure we received the information. The trip went smoothly thanks to his planning, experience and attention to details.

Deddy has saved me many times while I've been away traveling! He is always patient with my crazy request and have exclusively used his services for the past 10 years. He is excellent to work with and I would not hesitate to send my family or friends to him!
