One of the worst LLL stores I’ve ever been in. The hem jobs are so embarrassingly bad and asking them to fix it is a headache because they make it worse. I also love being bounced to 3 sales associate to pick up a hem job. Stay lazy, workers of this location.

Love this location and the amazing staff!! Everyone is so friendly, kind and welcoming!! Huge thank you to Victoria, for helping me pick out a new pair of Blissfeel runners!! So excited to go for run in them, feels like I’m walking on little clouds!! Jaime was very helpful when it came to picking a pair of pants and shirt!! I explained to her I had a couple pairs of pants that were pulling, and she suggested I bring them back and they can have a look at them to see if there is anything they can do for me! Both Victoria and Jaime were very knowledgeable! I highly recommend this location, for all your Lululemon needs!

Had such a great experience in store thanks to an awesome Educator (I wish I got her name) who helped me with sizing for a jacket. I also hadn’t even gone in for this reason, but the Manager on that afternoon was so kind, and seamlessly did a Quality Promose claim for me as the buckle had broken off my belt bag. Thanks Lululemon Abbotsford!

I want to write a rave review about a particular employee named Georgina. This wonderful and friendly woman, first of all showed incredible patience and understanding with the customer in front of me who was communicating through face time what he was looking for. Regardless I was next to ask her for something that was also sold out on the floor. I told her that I was looking for my daughter. A few minutes later as I was browsing for a compromise gift, she came out of the back after going above and beyond and searching high and low she found the last one of the popular belt bag I was interested in. She made my daughter's Christmas. I am grateful people like her still exist in customer service jobs. Thank you Georgina from the new Abbotsford location!

Amanda is a terrible manager of people, this store doesn’t pick up their telephone, return voice messages or emails.Confronted her about why they don’t answer their phone and she was super confrontational.I won’t be back and from the other reviews I’ve seen posted, I won’t be surprised if this store doesn’t make it unless upper management makes serious personnel changes

The best Lulu location in the lower mainland on this side of the river. There's plenty of product and friendly staff. The layout of the store is great too. Especially if you live in Abby or Chilliwack, there's no reason to go to Willowbrook or girl's Guildford

Excellent service when I needed to return faulty tights and made the process easy… their hemming service is amazing and something I’ll always use in the future as found that 26” length is perfect for me. Great store!

I can't say enough good things about this store. The staff are friendly and helpful and anytime I need to order something it arrives in amazon speeds.
